I've been using Vital All-In-One greens powder for almost 2 years now. It has a nice enough taste, and gives me a lot of my daily greens which I sometimes can't ingest through eating due to IBS flare ups.

I've tried the AG brand as well, which I did enjoy just as much, but Vital is 1/4 of the price for a very similar product.

Ordering was easy using the subscribe and save method and I received my parcel within a week in a custom sized box, so there was no excess waste.

Love vital. After searching a long time for the right green mix for me I found it in Vital. It’s helped with my energy, sleeping and my main problem was bloating. I now hardly bloat at all. The taste surprisingly is really nice and I have tasted some awful green mixtures. I would recommend this to my family and friends without hesitation

Fast, cheap delivery, easy to use website and check out system

Product delivered within time I anticipated, but had one disappointment; the tub had been severely crushed in transit and was therefore dented completely down one side. I put this down to the poor packaging. I was able to squeeze it back into its proper shape.
I hope my next order arrives in a better condition.

Really bad customer service. I emailed Vital UK twice and also left a message through their chatbot to try to cancel my order a week ago. I still have not received a reply.
The product itself is alright but nothing out of the ordinary.
I only wish they were more serious when is about replying to customer enquiries.

I enquired through your contact us form on your website and also used the useless online chat. Order number #2121

it’s been a week and still didn’t receive the product so I wouldn’t even know if it’s good or not! paid for 24 hour delivery and after a week they refunded me what I paid for shipment as no signs of the product. not a great start for a new customer. if I’ll ever receive the product, I may change the review.

I have tried EVERY greens powder out there & this one is not only far superior in terms of the product but also for the price! The extensive list of ingredients including probiotics is amazing, it’s sweet with out use of sugar or sweetener unlike other brands. The consistency is smoother & less grainy than other brands. I honestly don’t know why this isn’t a household name?!??

Obsessed with the Vital all-in-one. Whenever I take it I always have a noticeable difference in my energy and I feel so much more alert!

I have this product on a subscription, realised that I was going to run out before the next delivery, went into my account, hit a button to bring the next delivery forward to immediate dispatch, arrived 2 days later.
Very impressed with the automated process.

Excellent product I've used for several years. This was my first experience ordering direct from vitaleveryday.co.uk and I received my product quicker than Royal Mail 48 hour that was stated. I was concerned when I first saw Royal Mail 48 as it states 24 when ordering but changes to 48 hour on confirmation. I'm not a big fan of Royal Mail, especially 48 hour; our local sorting office is always holding onto parcels. The Royal Mail confirmation I received told me 48 hour could be 2-4 days (I've waited longer than that with other parcels!) but it arrived 2 days after ordering. Package was adequately protected without over doing packaging. No issues with product.

I was going to start a subscription with them, now it's not available on Amazon Prime, but changed my mind when I saw they use Royal Mail. I'd consider offering customers other couriers, many people are willing to pay extra for Yodel or DPD - both of which are very reliable in my area.

I ordered 90 harmony pills, and paid for express delivery and only received 45. I tried to call and e mail but got no response from anyone in the UK.

Can someone please respond to my request to get the the other 45 pills I am owed?

I have already e mailed twice with my order number to get this rectified but one answered me, I will try this one more time today based on your reply - hopefully the mail will now be picked up.

I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription for 4 months and can’t seem to contact anyone

After having bad cough for weeks (not covid) decided to try this to boost my immune system. Very happy with this powder - I take it in tomato juice with Worcester sauce!
