Hi Sheila, Thank you for your feedback. We believe there may have been some confusion — our company is Vital Everyday, and we do not sell or supply the Phytonail product you mentioned. It seems your order was with Vitalpilo, a different company.

Frustrating Subscription Experience
Unlike almost every other product subscription out there, there is no courtesy email letting you know an upcoming shipment is due to be charged, which allows you to move or postpone it.
Their customer service is poor - when I immediately contacted them after being charged getting they said that the order had already shipped, which apparently means they have a shipping operation so efficient they can get items couriered out faster than Amazon.
In reality, I would guess that only the order had just been processed and that it actually hasn't left any warehouse, leaving them ample time to cancel it and process a refund.
They then told me to refuse to delivery and that they would refund, which still hasn't happened almost a month later. In future I will be switching to a different brand.

We would like to clarify that, as part of our subscription service, all customers receive an automated notification prior to the next order being processed. Additionally, customers have full access to manage their subscription at any time—this includes the option to skip, pause, or cancel future orders directly from their account.
We understand your frustration and regret that your request to cancel came after the order had already been processed. As previously advised, a refund will be issued once the parcel is either refused at the door or returned to us. According to our records, the courier has attempted delivery twice, but no response was received. The parcel is still available for redelivery or collection.
We remain committed to resolving this and will process your refund promptly once the order is returned to our warehouse.

I feel incredibly let down
I feel incredibly let down, I have been a really loyal customer and even though I have an ongoing subscription and I didn’t receive any communication there was a sudden 22% price increase, and when I emailed the company their response was very cold and then when I replied with my concerns I was just ignored.

I've been waiting months for my order. This is obviously a Scam. Products have been paid for but not products have arrived. My emails have been returned to me and the site has been closed. Don't get Scammed by these people. It turns out that Vitalpure is not this site so my sincere apologies to Vital UK for my mistake. However it was Trustpilot that sent me the Vital site to review in the first place

I've been waiting 9 weeks on an order I…
I've been waiting 9 weeks on an order I paid the insurance on for delivery.
They don't answer emails for days and when they do it's the same excuse, yet nothing is done.
I would never recommend this company to anyone. I'm going to take legal action as most people cannot afford large amounts of money while just trying to be healthy, only to get ripped off
