I am not satisfied with the the monthly auto orders.
I am not satisfied with the purchases. Despite qualifying for free shipping, the shipping fee always get applied to my orders. Requesting refunds always requires contacting them, checking, and reviewing and there are times when this process is not as smooth and easy as you expected. Do not understand why they cannot get this right with the monthly auto orders. Disappointed!!!
