I purchased the LED Mask a year ago and…

I purchased the LED Mask a year ago and have been very impressed with the results. After using it several times a week, I’ve noticed a visible improvement in my skin's texture and appearance. Additionally, their customer service is excellent—they are very responsive and helpful with any questions.

I bought a beauty device for the first time and chose AMIRO because it offers great value for money. I prefer the spectra mask to the R3 because it’s easier to use, though I did feel a bit hot after about 10 minutes of using the controller. The R3 has a smaller contact area, so it requires more passes. I can’t really perceive differences in the preset mode durations, so I end up repeating each mode many times on different areas. My next target is a red-light device for the neck, but unfortunately AMIRO doesn’t make anything like that.

Bad Device and Bad SAV

Manufacturing defects can happen, but it’s the way Amiro handles them that is unacceptable. Offering 20% for a broken device is not customer service, it’s a lack of respect

​THE DEFECTS:
The HydraGlow unit is LEAKING everywhere (manufacturing defect) .
THE LED MASKSIZE PROBLEM: The mask is way too large for many people and the weight distribution is an ergonomic failure. It causes me sharp pain and migraines. Amiro should be honest and list the compatible head circumference. If you have a small face/head, it simply won't fit and will hurt you.
​THE ADVICE: When I first complained, their support gave me the most ridiculous solutions: they told me to just 'hold the HydraGlow upright' to stop the leaking and to 'only use the mask lying down' to handle the weight. This is not support; it’s a joke.
​THE OFFER: After my second complaint, they finally offered a ridiculous 20% partial refund. For a defective unit that leaks and a mask that causes physical pain, this is insulting.

I will NOT close my PayPal claim until I am fairly compensated. Don't risk your money here!"

I had a very good experience with AMIRO’s customer service. When my device stopped working properly after a few months, I contacted their support team and they responded quickly and professionally.

They carefully explained the solution and arranged a replacement for me, keeping me updated throughout the process. I really appreciate their patience and responsibility in handling the issue.

I’ve used their PDRN serum and it works very well for my skin. Overall, I’m satisfied with AMIRO’s service and their willingness to stand behind their products. Thank you to the AMIRO support team for the help.

Total scam company. Stay away.

This is a total scam company and I regret ever buying from them.

I bought the AMIRO LumoJelly LED Light Therapy Face Mask in February 2024 (received March 2024). Just over a year later, it has completely stopped working. For something this expensive, that is ridiculous. These devices are clearly very poor quality and not built to last.

When I contacted them in May 2025, their response was basically too bad. They told me:
“Since your order was placed 12 months ago, it has exceeded our time limit for processing.” No help, no repair, no replacement. So if their product dies shortly after a year, you’re just expected to accept it? For a product at this price point, that’s insane. That says everything about how little confidence they have in their own products.

What makes this feel even more like a scam is what happened before. Just THREE DAYS after I ordered my mask, Amiro released a brand-new model (the Spectra 5-in-1 LED Mask) and quietly discontinued the LumoJelly. I emailed them in December 2024 asking if there was a fault or known issue with my model and why customers weren’t warned it was about to be discontinued. They completely ignored me.
So basically they sell you an expensive device, immediately replace it with a “new and improved” version, discontinue the old one, ignore your emails, and then refuse to help when it predictably breaks. That is not normal, that is shady.

This company does NOT stand behind its products. Their devices are faulty, cheaply made, and their customer service disappears the moment they have your money. Avoid Amiro Beauty unless you’re happy throwing hundreds away for something that won’t last.

Stay away from this company.

I ordered 2 LED masks & R1 Sculpting. I have been using the LED Mask for few weeks and loving it. It is better than my old LED mask I bought few years ago. Great customer service and responds to email promptly. My order was missing two collagen serum as part of the sale special and after just two emails, they agree to send me the 2 serum bottles.

It's the first time to buy their products. The feeling of using the product is good. However, due to the continuous problems in the purchase process, the first time was that the delivery place did not support it, and it needed to be sent to another delivery address. The second time is that there is a little problem with the mask received. I inquired by email, and the customer service director replied very quickly. The most admirable and commendable thing is that the company is very willing and generous to compensate and deal with problems with products quickly. Although the above two circumstances have given me a few complaints about the product. I am still willing to try and use the products because of the friendly handling of the customer service. Scammy behavior when attempting to cancel an order

The only way to cancel an order is to write an email that they may choose not to respond.
They lure you in with fake discounts and then charge you a different price.
I find the practices of this company scammy and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
I requested cancellation of my order within 15 minutes of placing it as I realized they charged the wrong price. They promptly replied offering an alternative to the cancellation, which is not what I desired. Then when I reiterated I was interested in a cancellation and not a refund for the price difference, they proceeded to ignore me.
They say after the order has been shipped they can’t help with the order cancellation, but they refuse to respond to cancellation requests even when they have been placed early in the process.
Scammy company, I don’t want to have anything to do with them or their products.
I will update my review accordingly if they honor the information on their website about order cancellations.

6 weeks- no improvement

What I like about this device is that it lets you know when to move to the next section of the face. After 6 weeks I do not see any noticeable improvements.

Review of the U1 and S2 Beauty Devices

I'm not someone who can stay consistent with beauty devices, but I purchased the U1 and S2 in May 2025, and they also gifted me a laser hair removal machine, which is very nice. I've been using the devices ever since.

Their customer service is also very polite. If you reach out, they reply and always provide a solution — though the response time can be a bit long since the company is based in China.

From my personal experience, I genuinely enjoy their products, including the devices and the stamping masks for both U1 and S2.

The glow function on my LED face mask stopped working after about 8 months. I tried to email them about it numerous times, but they stopped responding to me and my emails. 😥Very bad company, I don't think they stand by their product.
