Highly Recommend 10/10 Support!
My business partner and I are starting a website and we chose the Spark theme from Visualmodo. We had some issues starting out that we (being new to website building) could not fix. We opened a support ticket and Claudio was amazing. He was super responsive and answered all of our questions. He took the time and was very patient with us as we provided the information that was needed to fix the problems. He logged into our site for us and got everything working! Now everything works as it should! Definitely recommend these guys/gals. They have great products and have great customer support!

Extremely Helpful
My business partner and I bought a theme from Visualmodo on Wordpress and had some issues with transferring the demo over. We're unfamiliar with WP, so we likely just imported something wrong, but the staff at Visualmodo have been extremely helpful. They fixed the error messages we were having and our website now looks like the demo of the theme. They also have an extremely fast response time with support tickets. 10/10
