I had a very positive experience with Visualmodo. The themes are flexible, easy to customize, and helped me build a professional looking WordPress site without too much friction. I especially liked the variety of design options and the overall usability. What stood out most for me was that the products felt practical for real website building, not just nice in demos. I was able to work faster, and the final result looked polished. I also found the documentation and setup process useful when getting started. Another strong point was the support experience. When I needed help, the guidance was clear and useful, which made the whole process much smoother.

I have had a Lifetime license for geez, a decade or longer. Throughout this time, I have always been able to get the help I’ve needed to get my projects completed. Claudio Pires, on my latest interaction today, went above and beyond to help me fix a small issue that I ran into and he was quick about it. I can’t recommend Visualmodo enough!

I have great experience with these guys. I have been working in Wordpress for a while now and have use any different themes over the years. I ended up buying one of their lifetime packages that contains all their Wordpress themes and they have been great.

If I have run into an issue, they have been very helpful in resolving it issue, or showing me what I needed to do instead of what I did. I love the fact that they are willing to help and support their themes. Always keeping them up to date. Keep up the great work

My website was suddenly down, so I contacted my hosting provider. They told me that it was a theme issue, so I reached out to Visualmodo. In the end, Visualmodo Support fixed the issue within a few hours and even updated a few plugins. The culprit ended up being the hosting provider throttling my website because I was uploading images to my library, but Visualmodo came to the rescue. Love you guys!

Visualmodo has great customer service. Time and again, i've been stuck on something and Claudio has come to my rescue. I've been a customer for several years, their themes are great value and support excellent.

I initially bought the lifetime themes which has 1 year of support. I have purchased the additional support a couple of times now, as it's really helped when i've had issues. I build websites for clients and sometimes when things go wrong you can spend hours troubleshooting and still not fix the issue. Sometimes plugins do weird things and it's a nightmare to figure out.

This is where VisualModo support comes in. Well worth paying for the additional year and priced very reasonably. Been using themes from these guys for years and their support is top-notch. Highly recommend.
