When I cancelled my yearly subscription, they continued to charge me. They stated that the yearly subscription is for the coming 12 months which is false. They also stated that I had to go onto PayPal and cancel, however, since no other company has charged me when I cancelled a subscription, it is simply unethical and not good customer service or good for business.

I have been using the visualmodo's STREAM theme since 2017. This theme is awesome, the plugins provided with for free (WPBakery or Slider Revolution) allow me to create a modern onepage site. The latest update greatly speeds up the loading of the site. The price is competitive compared to other themes with visual builders and the support is reactive.

I have used Visual Modo themes for many years. Easy to use as a framework for any website and the support is fantastic!

I've contacted support twice over many years being a customer of Visualmodo and both times support have responded promptly and resolved my issue first time. It's comforting to know that when I do contact support it'll be resolved instead of being passed onto other support channels or item being dragged out.

The themes and plugins from Visualmodo are pretty cool. I've used them for a while. There was an instance where I needed help with my product, and it was resolved within a few hours. Very courteous and made sure to tell me to follow up that everything was indeed completed. Everything is good now, and would recommend them.

I am a software engineer and was not a fan of WordPress but Visualmodo made me to love WordPress and I will now use Wordpress to develop most of the websites that I work on. Although the themes of Visualmodo are beautiful and unique, what I appreciate most is the support team of Visualmodo. Though there was a huge problem by the company who cancelled my lifetime subscription by accident, they fixed it after 2 months I was contacting them. Finally they found a solution, but it was a little frustrating.
Now I have to see if everything will go smoothly on next updates and new themes.
