I have used Visualmodo for a while. Not only do they have excellent templates, but they are also so helpful and polite when you contact them.

My website recently experience a fatal error due to an outdated version of the Visualmodo theme I was using. I contacted Support and opened a ticket, I quickly got a response from Claudio who offered to help. He quickly reviewed my site, advised what steps needed to be taken, and assisted me to resolve my technical issues. He tested my site and followed up. I could not be more appreciative. I would definitely recommend Visualmodo.

The service I receive from the Visualmodo team is second-to-none. They respond quickly and resolve my issue every time. I would highly recommend their services and their themes. I've used their Wordpress themes for 6+ years for multiple clients and they've all been very happy with the end-product.

Visualmodo offers very nice widgets and has a helpful team, but after a few months I used a different website and didn't need Visualmodo anymore. But I simply forgot to cancel my subscription which is a human mistake. Unfortunately VM then cares more about money rather than their customers, because they refuse to cancel the 12-month subscription where the average company would just refund it as it's a mistake. As said Visualmodo has great widgets/templates, but I would not get another subscription here.

Claudio and the team are consistently helpful and knowledgable. I have no hesitation in recommending them and their themes. I recently could not download my theme from another provider and went back to them to ask if they would allow me to download from them with a copy of my invoice and it was not a problem at all. Thanks Guys.

I had issues to access the WordPress themes through my lifetime account. One support ticket on Saturday afternoon, and problem was solved after two hours... That's, how customer support should be.

I bought the $99 package for the use of all the themes they have. I was worried about support before I bought it, but I didn't think I would be so satisfied after I bought it. 24/7 support and fast response gives confidence. They have the necessary explanations about theme installation on their site, but I had an error, they quickly supported and solved the problem on my site. they also provided support when I made extra requests.
