Ordered a Chromebook laptop on January 14 from the Walmart App with expected delivery of January 20. VIPOUTLET sent email indicating the item was shipped on January 14 via USPS with tracking information. VIPOUTLET shows the product was given to USPS at 3:44pm on January 14. USPS tracking indicated the item was never received. Emails from Walmart indicated the item would be delivered by 8:00pm on January 20th. This continued until January 21, when Walmart finally indicated the item was delayed. No further updates or information until I submitted a follow-up request the next day. A day later VIPOUTLET responded that they initiated a full refund but it would take 3-7 business days. Still waiting but I have to wonder, 1. Why did they pretend to issue an immediate refund if they actually shipped the computer? 2. What is the benefit to them if they issue a refund for a computer they advertised but possibly never had to sell? 3. The only benefit I can imagine right now is that some percentage of people don't follow-up and VIPOUTLET just keeps the money. Is there some other benefit they might gain? The minimal gain from hundreds of events just keeping the funds for a few days/weeks doesn't seem like a lot of benefit for them so there has to be more to it. Anyway, if you have the time to spend with the follow-up, go ahead and try an order from VIP OUTLET via the Walmart app. Enjoy the ride.

There's nothing more I can do on eBay, so I'll vent my feelings here. I bought a phone that VIPOutlet listed on eBay, saying it was ready to use with the Walmart My Family service, but I was unable to activate it either with My Family or with Tracfone (the phone settings indicated it was locked to Tracfone). I went to two Walmart stores, and chatted with two different reps online, and they all told me that the phone had not been scanned when it was sold, so it could not be activated. It arrived in a brown box, so there was no way to scan the barcode after it arrived.

I filled out the return request twice, with no response from VIPOutlet. Then they sent a form letter "apology" and told me to process the return, but after I tried the third time, I decided I didn't want to wait 3 more days (eBay said it could take 3 days for a response). I had already been trying for two weeks, so I canceled the request and tried contacting eBay. I talked to an eBay representative yesterday and she said she re-opened the case. But when I checked today, it still says "closed," and when I attempt to click "View return details" it says "Something went wrong." Now eBay is telling me that because I closed the request, they can do nothing further.

So VIPOutlet stole $50 from me and I have a useless phone. I keep sending them messages but no reply. eBay won't even give me the option to get a call back now, so they are equally at fault. How could I know that canceling a refund request (after the 3rd try) would mean I had NO MORE OPTIONS for appeal? And when the representative said she had reopened the case, obviously she didn't. I also had ordered an Allstate Protection Plan for another $9 and that money is also lost.

I placed a purchase on Walmart.com, and this is the VIPOUTLET client that Walmart is working with. For this consumer, do not place any orders at Walmart. Since December 15th, 2025, I have been in contact with them. The laptop I ordered was UNOPENED when it arrived. I requested that it be returned. The FedEx return label took two weeks to arrive. On January 5, 26, they accepted the box and signed for it. I still haven't gotten my money back. Walmart does not support these businesses.That is selling products on their platform. I'm basically going around in circles because Walmart wants to wait for the customer to reimburse me rather than simply giving me my money back.

I ordered an open-box vacuum that arrived badly used, and they wouldn’t send me a return label, so eBay had to step in. About 70 percent of everything they send me that’s listed as “new” has actually been used, sometimes even dirty. They don’t respond to messages. If you buy something very heavy from them, you’d better rent a truck, because they’re likely to send the wrong product and it’s hard to return. I’ve received the wrong product so many times that I’m done with them. Sometimes the item is cheap because all their items are returns and they don’t check them.

Xbox controller was supposed to be new, was used and over a year old serial numbers didnt match, some jerk put there old controller in the new box and returned it, but vip outlet didnt catch it, or they're just straight selling junk

VIP Outlet never shipped item that I purchased but charged me $746 for shipping on an item that was never shipped to me. As a back story I purchased a refrigerator and noticed the shipping address was wrong so contacted seller within 5 minutes of placing the order. They informed the item was already shipped so I would have to contact the shipper to cancel shipping and then they would refund my money and then they would redo the order to the correct shipping address. I did redo the order to the correct shipping address but for some reason it took a week to refund the money and redo the order to the correct address. Once the transaction was done they ended up not issuing a full refund instead they kept $746. Then to make matters worse when the fridge was resent it never got sent, after a week they cancelled the order and said they never had the fridge. So now I got scammed out of $746 of a fridge they never had. I called the seller and they ended up hanging up on me.

I absolutely love vipoutlet I’ve been a huge fan of this website and highly recommend it . I don’t understand why there are so many negative comments I have never had any issues with what I purchase. I’ve always appreciated the quality of what I purchase and the fast shipping I have always been able to receive my purchases . I have nothing negative to say about them I truly hope I continue to receive the best possible product and service from them I appreciate doing business with them!

This place is trash, I ordered a monitor through ebay that came open and broken, they refused to acknowledge correspondence until I contacted ebay, I was then given a return period but ended up bed ridden and missed the return period. Now I have a broken monitor and Ebay sides these this trash merchant.

VIPOUTLET sent the wrong item (12/26/25)! I ordered a cube storage organizer gift for my nephew in another state through Walmart (12/21/25). Walmart said VIPOUTLET would contact me within a certain time frame to resolve the issue. Not only did they not contact me, once I reached out again they were very unhelpful. I asked that they send the correct item or issue a refund. They were rude and would not do either. It has been weeks, so I contacted Walmart again and they are issuing the refund (1/13/26). Walmart should not sell items from VIPOUTLET any more, it is going to be bad for their reputation and bottomline. LARA and CARLOS from VIPOUTLET were rude and did not resolve the issue.

Worst experience ever. I ordered Samsung speakers on eBay where they sent me trash. Soundbar was broken badly and not even packaged in box. They just dumped everything in plastic bag and put them into packaging bag. Will never buy from them again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Their customer support, or lack thereof (Lara in particular), is almost worse than their utter incompetence of not shipping your order then oops! being out of it altogether with NO RESOLUTION WHATSOEVER.

Clearly why they have been banned from Amazon and other platforms.

I had to go to ebay to get a refund (who said they are already on warning so will likely be kicked off).

If I could give them a zero, I would. I purchased a cell phone that was supposed to be new and unlocked well. It was new, but purchased on a finance plan that was not paid off, and the company that owned it locked the phone down after one day, and kept me from using it because it was not connected to their service and not paid off

I ordered a pair of trainer waterskis from Walmart as a Christmas gift for my grandson. I didn’t know the seller was not Walmart. The package arrived six days later than promised and it was an adult wakeboard, not youth waterskis. I contacted Walmart customer service and was advised that VIP outlet was the seller and would contact me within 48 hours. I have not been contacted, and apparently Walmart has not been contacted either. I would never have chosen to deal with a company with this reputation, no matter what the price. I blame both VIP Outlet AND Walmart for this fiasco.

On Nov 28, 2025, I purchased two pairs of AirPods Pro 2 advertised as “Open Box – Excellent Condition.” Both were actually used products. Apple’s warranty check showed one pair had been activated in May 2025 and the other in December 2024. This means VIPOutlet knowingly resold months-old, previously activated items as if they were nearly new. One pair also had noticeably degraded sound quality. This is a clear pattern of misrepresentation, not an isolated mistake. Based on my experience, I would not trust the accuracy of their product condition claims.
