It's a scam. I bought a TV. Came broken and showed in a shady box. Trying get my refund and it's taking forever.

Wow, I now see so many negative reviews with the same issue. This store is terrible. I ordered a brand new bbq but with a damaged box. I received parts of a used, greasy, rusty grill with critical parts missing. There is still food and grease in it. It looks like it sat outside for two years and then was sold to me as brand new.

Avoid this company. I ordered a new toy for a gift and when I received it, the box was completely damaged. I needed the gift immediately, so I taped it up the best I could, but took pictures. When I sent them to the company, their only solution was for me to send the item back, at my expense. I reminded them that I had to give the gift, so I was told to send pictures, which I already had. Then, they sent the “robot” answer for me to send it back again. There was no talking to a human. They gave no apologies and no solution. Do not waste your money with this company!

Avoid it! They advertised iPad New/Open Box. Received Used/Brown Box. I have asked for partial refund as I have no time to return it, they BS me with condition story and packaging. Avoid them, they are not worth the savings!

It was a nightmare to get this shipped, it took a month (ordered on 9/9/26) and then it got lost in transit. Tried contacting them and no one knew where the package was. The only answer I was given (with crappy customer service skills and lack of effort to do recovery) is that they didn't know how this happened and they would do a refund, but I could order it again. Why exactly would I do that? After all that, the toaster arrived today (10/5/26) out of nowhere and it was used and REALLY dirty, with baked on grease. How can this happen?? It said refurbished but it didn't say used. This is also false advertisement, to add insult to injury.Awful experience that has made me never buy from Walmart or any of these "third party vendors" they associate with.

Would give them 0 if that were possible. Do not buy from them! Made a purchase of wireless dog fence which included one collar and paid at time of purchase. 2 weeks later had not received it although it said it was shipped . They canceled the trade and said I will receive refund within 2 weeks. Was looking on eBay to purchase the wireless fence because I had already bought a second dog collar to go with it. Same seller had the wireless fence for sale on eBay. Not reputable business . Do not buy from them.

Placed an order for a birthday gift. Purchase was refunded 48 hours later because they supposedly don’t have the item in stock. I should have listened to AI when I asked if it was a good idea to order from VIP outlet and it told me to be sure to pay with a credit card so I can dispute the charge if there is issues with my order.

I spent $600 on a computer and it took them 3 days before they informed me they didn't have that computer in stock so they are going to refund my money which will take another 3 days and then once they finally do I'll have to locate another computer which will take me a couple days and reorder. They screwed me out of about 10 days of productivity

Not once, but twice - they sold me and iphone air that was locked (when it wasnt advertised as locked to a specific network). Was able to return but took weeks to get my money back

Purchased a new, damaged box, Sharkninja-ix140h-cordless-pet-stick-vacuum. The item arrived in used condition, damaged, and missing the charging block and cord. VIP Outlet approved a return and refund. Item was returned. No refund was issued within the 10-business day period. A claim was filed with PayPal. A refund was issued the following day. Each step of the process, from receipt of the damaged item to refund, was a disappointment and more difficult than necessary.

Stay away from these bozos - literally ordered something 2 weeks ago and needed it today and it still hasn’t even been shipped. Messaged them multiple times on eBay and no response. I don’t know how they are still in business.

1. Allowed an automated order processing system to assign a $37 item to a “signature required” delivery requirement

4. Display Walmart as the seller on the delivered package
5. Permeate the seller misinformation to FedEx

This simple order of a small item became a complex and utterly disordered and mismanaged situation: a muddled mess or a situation that is chaotic, contentious, or unpleasant to an excessive or absurd degree.

Don’t trust them

Awful experience with this company. Ordered an air conditioner on eBay and it showed I would receive within 4 days, which was great. However there was never any update on the tracking and by the second day of no messages returned by this company I asked them to cancel the order. Two days later they said they could not cancel it... it had NEVER SHIPPED so there was no reason not to cancel. Meantime over ten days later they have not sent the item, not refunded my money and just sent a notice they were shipping and sent a tracking # which UPS shows was only generated by VIP and the item was not picked up. Again, I told them to cancel and refund. They ignore all emails. I was able to call eBay and explain all of this and they said that I was covered under moneyback guarantee of the orig delivery date they did not meet. I also contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge from VIP. This company is a complete disaster with beyond poor customer service that ignores you. Beware - I have had nothing but aggrevation since I placed the order.

If I could give negative stats that’s exactly what they would get! Received a portable dvd player that supposedly came with a warranty . Was never given warranty information and when it broke less than a month after receiving was told to return for a replacement so I did and it’s now been a month since they received it and I still don’t have a replacement! Claims they’ve “escalated” the issues 4x now and still nothing. Awful awful company!

I bought two brand new air conditioners in damaged boxes from Vipoutlet on eBay. Nobody bothered to inspect the items before shipping as both were severely damaged. Just trying to return the two units has been such an ordeal and I will never use this company again on eBay or Walmart.

Watch was said to be "open box"
Yes some one opened the box, used it, had it refurbished. I guess I just misunder stood what open box means. I hav a watch I bought 15 years ago and wore daily. Before I put it on my wrist I opened the box. Now I can sell it for a premium since it is by definition and open box watch.

Do NOT buy from this seller. They list that every product is tested before going out, IT IS DEFINITELY NOT! Bought a tv that came with clear burned pixels, big patch. I installed it,threw out the box,I live in a small apartment, tried it, and guess what? Big patch of burned pixels. They won't offer to ship a box or refund for a new one if i go buy one. They won't do a partial refund. They ship out this junk knowing it will be hard to return and hoping you won't, hence why they have such a low rating. DO NOT buy from them!!
