Terrible company, terrible customer service. Ordered item, they held my money for over a week, then canceled it and said it was out of stock. However it wasnt out of stock, they just marked the price up 6x and canceled my order because I got a good deal on it. Fk em

The item arrived a week later than expected. As a result, I returned it. The item was returned via Fedex and received by VIP outlet on 2/13/2026. I contacted them several times to check the status of my return and each response stated that although the return had been received that it still "hadnt been checked in". With every email they claimed they were going to escalate and get the item checked in. Well....a week later and the item still isnt checked in and I am no closer to receiving my refund. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! THEY ARE FRAUDS!!!

Do not do business with this company. Ordered a computer through Walmart online. Reveived 12/11. Returned in person to Walmart after opening an online return ticket 12/18 because no password was included. Still (2/19) cannot get a return call to messages left daily. Two months later, still no refund. Have tracking proving they recieved the computer back 12/26. They don't answer phones or emails. Walmart of zero help. Just filed credit card fraud charges.

Purchased a laptop from them through Walmrt at Christmas for my mother. She started signing her info into it and someone started trying to break into her Microsoft windows account since then. Laptop was slow. Returned on Jan. 31st and still have not received my money back. Beware of this company. Alexis Mcguiggan

Order off of Walmart.com. Had no idea it was coming from this scumbag of a company. The box came practically destroyed and product had damages. It’s a bike for my son’s 4th birthday which is coming up soon. I’d have to wait up to 14 days for a refund after returning it. I don’t have enough money to buy another bike in time so I’m keeping it with the minor damage. Reflector was broken and three spokes hanging out of the tire. I also reached out with photos to vip and asked for some sort of refund. Perhaps half off? Anything? They said no. I highly recommend avoiding this company.

Condition, hmm missing band/ strap came with no charger. No battery level to even turn it on.. item came packed in small cardboard box no.
Packaging of any kind. By itself without accessories. What’s point contacting seller when they never reply and offer no help what so ever. I had to go out and spend $150 on band and charger just to test if it works. No offer for partial refund no offer for accessories. Just silence. Waste of time and money. Waiting on return label. Always waiting…

I am so surprised that walmart.com is still allowing VIP Outlet to sell desktops on their website despite the fact that there are too many bad/negative reviews about VIP Outlet. They never shipped my desktop and after VIP customer service did nothing, I had to follow up with walmart and walmart immediately cancelled my order without my permission. Walmart should look and investigate into VIP Outlet business practices.

When I placed my order on walmart.com, I did not realize that ship and sold by is VIP Outlet. Lesson to learn, just avoid VIP Outlet. Their customer service is either ignorant or don't care. I pity customer service agents working for them.

Don't do it. I bought an item through Walmart. FedEx notified me it was damaged and could not deliver. ok that happens, but VIPOUTLET refused to either replace or refund my money $550+ until if or when they got it back and they could not say if they would.. Really poor customer service. I never recieved it they selected FedEx as thier shipper why stick the customer in the middle?

I ordered a Bose sound bar 550 and instead they sent me a much cheaper Bose soundbar solo 2. They clearly did this intentionally because they never gave me the option to replace it, only to return it. When I returned it they didn’t issue me a refund (it has been 40 days since FedEx said it was delivered back to the seller). Walmart dragged their feet on this as well until I gave up and disputed the charge with my credit card.

Sold broken item that was also missing battery it was supposed to come with complete waste of time

We ordered an 83" OLED TV from VIPoutlet via ebay on December 1, 2025.

The TV was shipped and we received an 85" LED TV which is a lower model and worth much less. For weeks VIPoutlet did not respond via email and their customer support said they would put in a "ticket" to start a return or offer a partial refund. Nothing came of it.

Finally we had to ask ebay to step in to resolve the issue. VIPoutlet sent a return shipping label for a freight company that is 120miles away. Their response for sending the wrong item was to have us rent a uhaul and drive the item hours to a freight shipper. Again we asked ebay to step in. Ebay told them they need to pick the item back up.

We have been calling VIPoutlet and the freight company leaving voicemails and no one will schedule for this item to be picked up. VIPoutlet says they'll send an email asking to schedule a pickup but we have received nothing. At this stage I was told they would offer a partial refund if we kept the item to make a difference, however we received an email a few hours later saying there is no partial refund and their "solution to ensure your satisfaction" is to return the item. I keep calling and being told they will submit a ticket and try to resolve the issue.

Every time we call, VIPoutlet's phone representatives seem to be unable to do anything except "create a ticket" to have someone higher up review and call us. We never get a call back with any resolution. We call them days later and they give an ever revolving set of answers

Ordered a new Winix C535. The box looked like crap, No Manual or No product warranty.

Vip outlet sells USED and refurbished items. VIP outlet sent me a USED Winix C535.

After running it for a day and a half. The fan is on 2 speed and not running. The Blue Energy label down at the bottom right corner is very worn and dirt that has stained the outer shell is pretty bad.

Bought an ipad with promised 256 GB memory and received an ipad with 64 GB memory instead. On the same day bought a "Hypertough" 20v leaf blower and received some no-name brand that was not compatible at all with Hypertough batteries. Returned both and they arrived at VIPoutlet 1/20 (tracking confirmed) and now 1/29 with ZERO refund so far. Will either have to have Ebay or my bank refund or void the transactions.

Wish i could go lower. Avoid at all cost. Will lie in description to sell you non working product. Than refuse to give refund. Very poor customer service.

Bought a monster x6 bluetooth speaker did not work at all, customer service was horrible, & disnt give me full refund.. never buying from them again

The absolute worst and complete con artists.

I’m not sure how eBay allows them to remain on the platform when many others wrote reviews exactly the same to my experience, that they did not even send the complete order, as in I ordered a stand and a sink that goes with it, not only did they not send the sink at all and apparently do not even possess it even though they continue to advertise three of them at least for sale on eBay if not more, but they did not even send a complete stand!

I mailed the stand back (which was not easy as I do not rent a car when I visit the United States and my properties there), so I had to carry the heavy stand in a box and pay FedEx to print the label, and then, a week later, from Australia, I receive an idiotic email from their useless customer support saying that they need to inspect the package so they will give me my refund accordingly if applicable.

I truly don’t see how they are still in business nonetheless on eBay with such horrible reviews and as complete scammers.
