They shipped the wrong item. I returned it November 21. I have the tracking number and it was delivered. I have not yet gotten a return. Do not use this company

Ordered a rokblok $90.00
Received an entire turn table with speakers.
Returned through walmart directly.
Still no refund.

Bought from Walmart.com but where they were the vendor. Product was listed as new. Came in a severely damaged box with several signs showing their fraudulent operation. Beyond the box being crushed, there was a Walmart clearance sticker on the front for far less than the price they'd listed it as new. In fact, the box was so damaged that on the bottom, Walmart had placed sticker marking it for "DESTROY". On the side was a shipping sticker from them for my order but underneath was an older one, showing that they had done this before and it had been returned. Customer service has been no help.

Found them online shopping in the Walmart app while looking for a laptop. Worst mistake of my life! I realized the laptop was not directly from Walmart but a 3rd party vendor and the vendor lied and claimed to have shipped the product but when you call UPS they never received anything to deliver. I regret being cheap and purchasing a discounted item

Sold a used dartboard as new with missing darts

I ordered a pretty expensive gift ($128) for my husband and they confirmed it would be here yesterday. Not only did it not show up yesterday! I emailed them several times, and all I got was some crummy email back,stating,"Please respond above the line for any help"! I tried doing this again, several times and yet again, NO RESPONSE!!!
This company does not care about u or there reputation!!!! I will NEVER order from them ever again!

I bought AirPods 2 from Walmart, and the company VIP OUTLET sent me an old product (from 2022) with defects. I requested a refund and returned the product to the address that was on the envelope. Now they are saying that this address does not belong to the company and that they will not refund my money.

They canceled our order 3 days after we placed the order without any consideration of honoring the price the item was being sold at. I would not recommend this company at all!!

Very interesting they have new, used and refurbished. That's cool!
Website was easy to navigate.
Now we'll just see if it arrives when promised and in working order.

This company is a joke. Ordered a refurbished Milwaukee 12 volt orbital sander. First off I paid for the item well I didn’t pay them just to give em money. Finally after five days they got off there lazy rear and shipped the item. It came in a plastic bag with absolutely no protection. They think usps gonna put it in a baby seat and keep an eye on it the entire trip so it didn’t get beat to pieces? It come and of course doesn’t work so I contacted them and get a hateful response about return it and after they check it out then I’ll be refunded. I told them that I didn’t want a refund I wanted a working sander I need it for my business. So they again send another rude response saying that I would have to return it and after they check the item out then they’ll determine if they have a replacement to offer or just refund my money. Well I’m sure you probably knew it wasn’t working before you sent it to me. You took my money so how bout doing your job and not being a scumy business and send me a sander that works.?

window ac was damaged and returned to them may 9 2025 and i am still waiting for refund . contact with them stated that we are emailing to have the item checked in for 3 days in a row still no refund . i did find an open box air conditioner same model for sale on their ebay store . it was not there when i first ordered mine . the description of mine was new unopened box but you could see where the box had been re taped on the bottom of the box. i have since contacted ebay about the refund to no avail . had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge

I would give this company 0 stars if possible. Sent me the wrong item, yet I still had to go through the hassle and expense of returning the item before they would refund my money.
I will be speaking to Walmart directly and make the strong suggestion that they be removed from the third party vendor list on walmart.com. Clearly I am not the only one that rates them as a bad company,

Bought a Hamilton Beach hand stand mixer. The very first time I used it was to make whipped topping for a strawberry shortcake. The mixer quit. It couldn't handle heavy whipping cream. I do not believe I will be purchasing anything else from the VIP Outlet.

Trash company, sold me a clearly and tampered with returned item as "new".

I was sold fake knockoff Apple AirTags. They arrived a week late so not in time for my trip. Then when I returned I actually forgot about them until my next trip. I couldn't believe my eyes when I opened the box. There was one Apple AirTag which does work and 3 fakes, one of which is all scratched up and broken!! I contacted them but because it's out of the return window, I am out of luck. I should have opened the box but silly me trusted I was getting what I purchased. I saw other reviews of people getting knockoff products. Don't risk buying from this place, just get the real item. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Shiped item in a plastic which destroyed the item and refused to send a replacement. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM.

Purchased a laptop from VIP outlet via Walmart app...I never received my item as it delivered to some unknown address on my street. It was left by a blk folding chair and a picture was taken of it and posted. I walked up and down my street looking for where it was placed and was unsuccessful. I contacted Walmart, who told me that they would contact the sellers (VIP outlet) and that they would contact me via email within 24 to 49 hours to receive my refund. VIP outlet contacted me and is REFUSING to issue me a refund without a police report. I explained to them that I can't without the info on where it was delivered or to whom as it. They RESENT the same exact email saying to call police, so I called Walmart back and told them what I was told. Walmart stated to contact the sellers again or contact my bank so they (the bank) can refund my money to me. I placed this order in Feb 9 and my item was to delivered on Feb 13th. Today is the 19th and I'm still fight for my $230 that was stolen from me by Walmart AND VIP outlet! These people are thieves! Don't buy anything from them as they don't follow instructions...my orders are to be signed for and a pass code usually sent when things being delivered. The take ni accountability for their actions and will STEAL YOUR MONEY AND MAKE IT YOUR FAULT. RUN!!

Sell absolute JUNK... then takes weeks to refund you. Don't waste your time or money.
