Wine that I ordered on pre-arrival finally arrived and I asked to have it shipped 2-day and my credit card was charged ($120) for the shipping, and that was over a week ago and still no wine. Leaves me wondering if I got scammed.
After making contact, my wine was shipped overnight and they credited my card for the shipping. So in the end I got some awesome wine for my home cellar. Just wish I didn't have to go round in circles to get it.

Very good service and responsive staff. I don’t like taking delivery in California because of the high local sales tax, which puts Vinfolio at a competitive disadvantage.

I had a question regarding a wine shipment. Kyrah answered my email inquiry promptly and handled the matter very professionally. Vinfolio is, without question, my favorite online wine merchant!

Very slow and unresponsive, customer service wouldn’t even accommodate a small request. Also, storage rates have gotten really expensive!

I have been a client for over 10 years. The company has gone through a few iterations over that time, and they all mostly were very service-orientated and attentive to detail, especially the current folks. The VinCellar web client is pretty phenomenal. Bottom line: you can trust Vinfolio with your precious wine collection. There is no safer place for it, in my opinion.

Ordered two really expensive bottles on wine on 8th November for delivery on 13th December.Advised it was in stock on ordering and they took my money straight away but it hasn’t even shipped yet on 20th December so will probably now miss Christmas delivery now. Have tried emailing and just get auto reply. Tried phoning twice but support desk know nothing and just give platitudes that someone will ring back but they don’t ! Poor service. To be fair after some more prompting from me they have now responded and advise I’ll receive the wine tomorrow and have upgraded delivery to overnight at no cost and offered an account credit. Will update further once wine actually received! Add on note 23 Dec—Wine eventually received on 22 December so have closed the dispute. Probably would have rated them 5 stars if not for the considerable difficulty and time I had to spend in making contact regarding the missing shipment.

Requested 4 wine bottles be sent from my account to a friend in Los Angeles on October 25. As of Friday November 18 (3.5 weeks later), 2 of the bottles were delivered on November 18, the other 2 have not even shipped yet. Don’t understand why it takes almost a month to ship 4 bottles from my account. Terrible experience, made me look bad to good friends that were expecting the bottles but did not receive them until 3 weeks later. Terrible, simply terrible…

I ordered a California Cult Cab on 4/1. Website said "ships in a week". A week and a half later I followed up and now the site said that is ships in 5 weeks. I emailed "customer service" and was told they hadn't received he wine from the producer yet. I asked why I wasn't notified and was apologized to and told I should have been notified. 6-7 weeks pass and nothing - so I email again. Again I was told there were unforseen issues with the producer sending the wine to them. Again I asked why I wasn't notified. I received the same canned apology. 2-3 weeks later and customer service reached out to me to let me know the wine came in but (there's always a but) it is being placed on weather hold and can't be shipped until late October. I just received it Oct 28. The lack of accurate information and the poor follow-up service was infuriating. This will be my last transaction with Vinfolio - simply can't trust them.
Great quality wines at attractive prices, well packaged and shipped. Helpful customer service staff.
