The small box of six Pinot noir arrived with the bottles loose and the cardboard separators collapsed. Not good!

What’s not to love!

The bottles I’ve tasted have been good; but I was expecting wine labels from your online pitch, plus maybe a Rose’.
Nada. None of those were included and also I paid extra for now not sure which ones.

Customer service is very poor and can’t call and speak to anyone.Website is complicated and policy covers only sellers interest.Never use again

I like the fact that I can have the delivery at my local store instead of my home in case I’m not there

Have ordered 4 different times with 15-18 bottles each time. Absolutely delicious! Have been buying all reds. Cab sauv and malbec. Cant go wrong with this.

I have subscribed to Splash Wines for several years. They sell excellent wine for very low price. I like that there is no annual quota that you must purchase, and they sell wine by cases. There is a low annual "club" fee that covers all shipping costs. You can't choose the wines, which is fine since I'm not that particular, but you can see what's included. They offer periodic sales and delivery within a week to your home or another location that will hold it since it requires proof of legal age. They also include other offers. I recommend them!

The bottles were covered in dust and although I chose the better quality more expensive 18 bottles, I feel that the quality is far below expectations

I have been a happy member for 7 years. Delivery is fast and right to my door. My Fed Ex driver is the best and sets the box right inside my door. The wines are always good. I have some favorites and look forward to trying the new ones. I tell all my friends to order from Splash Wine. I always order all reds and one time received a mix box, I called and spoke with a very nice woman and she apologized and took care of it right away. I have ordered from the sales, picked my own box and received the subscription box, I have always been pleased.
