Outstanding service from Viking! I sent them my Kowa TSN822 for repair as grease had found its way onto a prism. Despite the scope having the well-known sticky paint problem, the technician carried out the necessary repair and clean. In addition he discovered a crack in the casing and managed to seal this before refilling the scope with nitrogen. At all times Edward and the technician kept me posted on the progress, either by email, with photographs of the discovered issues, or telephone calls to discuss possible difficulties. Fortunately the repair was successful and the scope was swiftly returned to me.
