everything went smoothly the lads who installed it was brilliant as im not good on interet they did everything for me 100 percent i would recommend them to anyone thete great people and the after service i couldn't falt

What a fantastic service this company offers, the customer service is very professional and friendly. Sent a ticket in to say my 80 year old father's internet was not working, within an hour Abi was on the phone to check what was happening and less than half after that the engineer Rob was at my father's house fixing the issue. Very grateful to Abi and Rob, both very nice people and quick to diagnose and fix the issue. Highly recommend, never normally have any issues as been with them myself for over 2 years, but if any issues arise it is sorted within a few hours, no other broadband company can offer this amazing service. Thank you to all the team.

From initial contact through to a support visit all the Team have been efficient, polite, patient and friendly.
My contract with Alncom began on 30 September, a minor glitch presented itself that evening. On 1 October after being talked through a remedial procedure on the phone, a visit was arranged later that day. The problem was sorted in less than 5 minutes and some helpful advice received from the engineer.

All round I am very pleased with having moved from a much larger national organisation to Alncom where they are interested in the person they speak with or visit. Thank you Alncom

If only all organisations operated to Alncom standard the world would be a happier place. Brent arrived slightly earlier than expected, and we ran down the requirement and the current state of boxes and signals. From that point on he made sensible suggestions, and worked down to solving the signal issues that accounted for our blind spot in wifi coverage.
None of your "re boot the server" as a solution, a proper dig into causes and issues and a thorough test of each bit of tune up.
End result is that the workshop has 2 bars of connnection where there was none before, and whilst that is double edged in that there is now no place to hide behind 'no signal' it's the right result.
Knowledgeable engineer who brought some experience to bear and was able to work around the constraints of real life.
Even I can make stuff work when conditions are ideal. Needs a real skill to make things work in old houses with solid walls and no cable runs.
Alncom are the folk. I'm a big enthusiast for their competence and customer orientated service levels. As an ex IT industry person I know how low other organisations can get. (Looking at you, BT)

Reported Internet connection issue prior 8am which was resolved within the hour including confirmation call by their customer service to verify if it had been resolved. Quality service.

Quick easy install with very friendly staff all around, accompanied by great pricing. Would recommend!

PS It is also cheaper than my previous provider and my internet speeds are much faster and reliable.

Seamless and well informed process from booking to installation and after care. Engineer took time to carefully route overhead cable from distant roadside pole to the property and did a very neat job both inside and out vacuuming up afterwards too. Connection is fast and stable replacing a slow copper connection.

Great experience from ordering to installation. Would definitely recommend! Signal around the house is much better than previously.

I've been very impressed with Alncom. The service is as advertised in terms of internet speeds. More importantly, if there's a problem, they respond to a support ticket within a few hours & you get a response from a real human who knows what they're talking about. My recent experience is that my issue was sorted promptly & efficiently & Alncom followed up to check that things had indeed been resolved, & I was updated regularly - this is so refreshing in an era of automated impersonal chatbots!

I contacted Alncom to see if they could supply my broadband. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Helen explained all my options set me an account and arranged installation. The engineer who can was a nice young lad who was on time,polite and friendly. He was very helpful by explaining the set up and also helped me connect my phone. Very pleased with my connection and deal I got,would highly recommend Alncom!

We’ve been so impressed with Alncom. You really feel like you’re dealing with a company that genuinely cares about its customers. On the rare occasion we’ve needed help, they’ve responded straight away and actually sorted things out! The broadband speeds have been fantastic too. Brilliant service, lovely people and hands down the best broadband provider in the North East. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

The whole process from initial enquiry to being online was so quick and professional. The installer on the day was very good and answered all my questions with ease. The service so far has well exceeded my expectations and we couldn't be happier. £25 a month for full fibre and we were paying sky £42 for normal broadband... its a no trainer!
