Easy to use website, has the products I need at great prices, which is really appreciated.

It was a good experience shopping with Vet Supply. I was able find my stuff easily and the check out process was simple. Best thing was the prices on top of that I got an extra discount. They also offer free shipping.

I called regarding a sale they have on their website and the man I spoke to said he had no idea what sale I was referring to because he just worked in customer service. He said I would have to email them to find out about the promotion. I replied that anyone in customer service would know what current sale the company had and that I advised he had lost a sale because this made me doubt the legitimacy of the website. The person I spoke to was most definitely not in Australia. A few minutes went by and I received a call back from the man and he said the sale I was referring to was...he just read it off the website verbatim. Not sure this is a trustworthy site, a lot of reviews seem to be fake and there are a lot of negate reviews regarding wrong items sent, no items sent, no tracking details provided, no response to emails or calls etc.

I will never order through vet supply again.
I placed a $90 order in Jan and have still not received in April. Clearly it is not coming.
Phone calls and emails have not achieved anything.

This company is not a good business to deal with. They say at the top of their home page - FREE SHIPPING & NEXT DAY DESPATCH - This is not an Australian company! There are plenty of little Aussie businesses that will take care of you and your pets. STAY AWAY FROM VETSUPPLY!

Vetsupply is to be praised as we have experienced a fantastic service. Quality products priced cheaper than most other suppliers, despatch and delivery were extremely efficiently handled. First time we have used Vetsupply but definitely will use again. We would highly recommend, with thanks!

I was buying all our flea stuffs from a local store near me but my friend suggested me this site. I was taken a back after comparing the prices with the store I was buying previously. Its been six months since I'm buying now from here and I have nothing to complain about the company.

The prices are cheaper than anywhere else, shipping is quick and product arrives intact, plus they have always coupons to get further discounts, couldn’t be happier with this company

My collective family purchased an item, they sent the wrong item and basically said in politer terms "suck it up this will also work". The item wasn't entirely suitable despite the claim. There is a difference between things designed for cats exclusively, and for dogs.

The false advertisement and failure to provide advertised product is a breach of consumer law. The company deserves to have the ACCC investigate. The lower star reviews on product-review don't fill me with confidence about this company either.

In all, poor customer service, false advertising, and on top of that they don't allow low star product reviews on their website. Seems suspicious they would provide bad service and then actively prevent a reflective review.

Dodgy company.

Purchased Revolution for my dogs, to 2 weeks to arrive, tried calling 3 times, emailed twice, didn't respond to emails but had a chance too speak to someone with no help just keep saying 3 - 10 business days.................says there is tracking but thatis not true, they don't provide tracking even thought it is standard with all parcel postage

use pet circle much better and it only takes 3-4 days from NSW......

Product was fine but their delivery timeframe of 3-10 days is a joke. My order took over 10 business days to arrive from NSW to Brisbane. When I emailed them about this they were unable to provide any info or tracking for my parcel and merely told me to wait until after 10 business days before contacting them. I don't live in a rural or remote area, so 10 days delivery is ridiculous. Don't buy from this website if you want your item/s within a reasonable amount of time.

This was my first and last order with vetsupply.com.au I was searching for Revolution Brown packs for dog and noticed it was slightly cheaper than where I normally buy it at Budget Pets, having two dogs decided to get enough for them to last for 12 months in total. I received the order on Wednesday and when I opened the box to my surprise they are single doses which do not include the Canex Worming tablets. When purchasing from Budget Pets for a 6 or 12 pack they include the Canex worming tablets which is what I was expecting.
I sent an email the day I received the order showed a picture from competitors website, 2 days later they replied and said were sorry but we don't have the same offer with the Canex worming tablets, yet in the description it references to Canex tablets. So now have to spend more money to get worming tablets would have been cheaper with other company.
Any way lesson learned be careful you understand what you are getting or not getting!
