Vertu Ford, Morpeth have pleasant, friendly staff, who found me the car I was looking for and made it available within a week.

From the moment I walked into the showroom to when I drove away my 'new to me' car, the customer service from Andrew Davis was second to none. I felt the whole Morpeth team were interested in me not only as a potential customer but as a person in my own right. Thank you Honda Morpeth and thoroughly recommend.

Excellent service c/o Michael Wood in the supply of new Kuga ST Line Hybrid. Perfect from start to finish , test drive approximately 2 weeks prior to pick up of brand new Kuga on the 22/12/25. Real fast turnaround from Michael who was very professional and courteous from the get go , very knowledgeable of the process and product. Great experience at Vertu Honda Morpeth. Andy and the team were extremely welcoming and friendly. Going to look at new cars alone when you are female can be daunting, however Andy was fabulous explaining my options without giving a hard sell. He let me test drive the car twice when I went back with my husband, which was great and helped me to be sure which car I wanted. Hand over went smoothly with a cup of coffee, no stress or hassle. Great service and would recommend.
