Great experience
Nick Jimson was very helpful and knowledgeable and went out of his way to make buying my first new car in 12 years a great experience. He understood my being nervous about taking a test drive so drove me to a quiet area where I felt more at ease.
I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending both Vertu and Nick Jimson.

Outstanding customer service from Zain at Vertu Mini Teesside. Friendly and helpful, no sales pressure. I’m delighted with my (new to me) car and would definitely recommend the dealership to my friends.

I picked up my new to me car yesterday and every step of the way I’ve had excellent service. Nothing was too much trouble but I was never pressured to buy at any point. All the staff I dealt with were friendly, courteous and polite.

We were looked after with Kate Emerson really well at the Teesside branch. She helped sort out all the paperwork that is needed to buy a new car really well as most of it is done over the internet and we are not very good with that side of technology.

My new car journey.
I bought my first mini 15 years ago from the same outlet and was delighted with it so I was rather reluctant to change but the whole experience at Vertu Mini Teeside was excellent 👍
From walking through the door we were greeted warmly by all the staff but particularly Eduard and Zain were supportive,encouraging and so very patient and all with a laugh and a smiling face👏
Zain was so helpful and knowledgeable and reassured me to go ahead and buy my new car .He could not have been more helpful and I’m reassured he will be available should we experience any queries we may have,

Jess and the team are great! I only had 7 days to trade in my car with a limited budget, And Jess found me the perfect car for me! Great smooth experience. I’ve been to many different car dealers while looking for a car but BMW were like no other. Would recommend for anyone looking to drive something Better.

From the initial visit to Honda to the purchase of my vehicle I couldn’t fault any of the employees Jake Stansfield Luke and Andrew Rea. Phil Burford came to thank us for our new purchase when we collected the vehicle. Time taken with new Honda system not good. Too much paperwork not good for customers.

From walking in the garage to collecting my new car it’s been the best experience. Luke was amazing and very accommodating. All the managers made an effort to take time out their day to come thank us for their business which I thought was very welcoming.
