Chris helped me get my second car, the whole experience was really easy and straightforward and Chris was helpful and friendly, would definitely buy here again.

Absolute star Lewis Bingham. From the moment we arrived at the showroom Lewis was the perfect salesman. Explained everything in detail about the car I was interested in buying. No pushiness lots of patience. Anything that concerned us was dealt with. Each document we signed was completed after Lewis went through every detail. I would recommend Lewis to all my friends when looking for a car and all the other staff employed. Next time I visit hope he will have achieved a management post in the company which I am sure he deserves, As a retired teacher I will give him 5 merit stars

Lewis at Van Monster was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble in helping me decide which van was the right one for me.

From the start to the finish. The whole experience was brilliant. Chris kept me up to date throughout my purchase of my new car. Chris also gave good advice which made the purchase go through without any delays. Road tax and log book were all sorted at the dealership 10/10

I thought that cars could be delivered for a test drive, but there is a charge for this I was unaware of. I wanted to drive two of the same car, but with different engines. Chris was extremely useful on the phone, and organised for me to test drive one of the exact models I was after, and a similar car with the other engine type.

When I arrived for the test drives, I had Chris again who was an exemplary salesman, there was no pressure at all and he was extremely personable and good to talk to. Once I had completed the test drives and was humming and ahhing about the cars, he still didn't push me at all but still provided useful input, which I greatly appreciate.

So I bought a van from Van Monster Wakefield and the sales guy Lewis was very helpful helping me source the specific van I needed. I bought that van, got a great price for my car part exchange which was more than any other garage offering by a substantial amount. Very happy. However I had 5 issues with the van in total, 4 were for ad blue which is common for this model van but the warranty they gave me sorted it out each time. Unfortunately the van then had quite a serious issue prompting a complaint from myself to van monster Wakefield. They answered very promptly and couldn’t be more helpful. Mark Frazer offered to exchange the van for a newer model at no extra cost to me and also refunded the amount I paid for a van rental while mine was out of action and also agreed to pay for the new van to be sign written.

They went above and beyond what I expected and have certainly secured my customer when I need a new van in a few years! Amazing service.

Chris from van.monster was very efficient and certainly took the time to go through all our options. Also when my husband and I buy a car we find often, even though I am the main driver they just ask my husband opinion. Chris did not do this, he spoke to us both which was great.

Lewis was very kind and considerate and patient when taking me out on a test drive.
The sale was as easy as it could be.

Went looking for a van with no knowlodge or exeprience, visited a few locations before and after visiting Van Monster..Met a salesman called Lewis Bingham during our first to visit to Van Monster. Lewis was very helpfull which finaly resulted in us returning to him at Van Monster to purchase a van from him....Great product, and excelent service from Lewis.

Even after the purchase, if I had any issues Lewis was more than happy to help with any proceedings.

Buying a van is a minefield but this place is legit and sells good vans for good prices with a good customer service would definitely recommend and use them again when getting a new van.

I was apprehensive about buying a secondhand vehicle online but it could not have gone any more smoothly or faster.

The firm have a clear process for dealing with suppling a car or van. The process is completely centred around the client or customer experience. I was given clear estimates of time, what came next, phone calls back and appointment times. Everything was very smooth, I'd say perfect buying experience.

The sales executive who dealt with us "Chris Evans" was first rate as was the rest of the team there, they made us weclcome and explained everything about the process and the required paperwork to complete the transaction. When I next purchase a vehicle Van Monster will be the first place I will look and I will be recommending them to my friends and family.

I was abit spectical buying a vehicle from anywhere other than a main dealership however Lewis made sure that I had all the information I needed (without asking) before I went ahead.

Lewis wasn't one of those salesman who put pressure on you to purchade and he made sure that everything went smoothly. He was always available to answer any questions I had and is credit to the company!
