Today I collected a new van from Emma at the Newcastle branch. I went down last week to see what was in stock, she was great throughout the experience and even came in on her day off to do the transfer. Everything went very smoothly and talked me through all steps to carry out the process. I part ex my old van which they gave a reasonable price for.

Unfortunately iv had nothing but issues since buying a van from here, iv had my van for nearly 8 months and its now needing more repairs,

upon collection the van had a panel sticking out, it was *repaired* only to pop back out again, the repair place I took it to said they thought it had been bumped.

Then I had an adblu issue, was told to take it to Huddersfield for repairs, was assured it would be able to be driven home even if they couldn't fully repair it then, to then be told I couldn't take it home, they had no hire vans so I ended up stuck in Huddersfield until my friend with a van could come and pick me up, they then couldn't sort it so ended up in the repair shop for 3 weeks after been told it was different issues

They continued to give me wrong information (after sales) about where id need to collect the van or drop it off, I was told id need to drop it off places with no regard to the fact I had no other transportation or way of getting home or to work etc,

I had northgate telling me the vans weren't great and peugeot in general have a bad reputation when collection a hire van

My head unit with plug in android isnt working properly, I was told they had ordered parts, never heard anything again but due to agro of it all I didnt chase it up

Iv now ended up with the reverse lights and sensors not working on the van so its off the road again.

The sales team in the shop are great but overall im absolutely appalling service from after sales , they did acknowledge my complaint but this was also before more issues happened.

I feel iv been sold a van thats not fit for use.

Rav @ Leicester has been excellent. We have brought 4 Flatbeds and 4 4x4's in the last month. He has sourced them, had them prepared, and his communication has been excellent.

We are based down south, but were referred to Rav, and we are very glad of it.

The prices have been good, and the delivery service was swift aswell. Well done, the delivery team.

made buying the car really easy, no massive sales push, just access to the car (time alone with it) everything sorted quickly and things that i requested sorted without delay

I recently purchased a peugeot partner van from vanmonster. Chris from the warrington branch was very helpful and friendly and made the whole process of the purchase run smoothly from sorting the finance out for me on the first day and then finalising the paperwork the next morning I was driving away with my new van in no time, I would highly recommend!

Excellent service since the beginning of the negotiation. Highly recommended as they help you check the vehicle to be fully functional before signing and purchasing the vehicle. Warranty is very extend and lasts very long. Highly recommended with my car purchase.

We've purchased several vans for a business fleet, and I have to say the customer service and documents that we received from Van Monster was A* compared to other sellers. I would certainly use them again.

Lewis was really helpful from first point of contact , phoned to say another branch interested , asked if i wanted holding and did . I went following Monday to view, Lewis is a straight forward to deal with if need another van would phone for him to find another.

Great experience, service, communication from start to finish. Very happy with the condition of the vehicle and was even offered a lift from the train station! Can highly recommend the team in Dartford and in particular Lucy was super responsive and helpful

Cannot recommend Van Monster Warrington enough. It was so refreshing to deal with Chris, a man who knows his stuff, was up front and got things sorted for us. We tried a few dealerships and found it was all young men desperate to upsell and charge us an arm and a leg. It was the complete opposite at Van Monster Warrington, the car was really reasonably priced and Chris was friendly and helpful and not at all pushy. He made sure the car was in great shape for our collection and we would definitely, definitely get a car from here again and will be recommending family and friends to do the same.

The customer experience was very good, good communication and a friendly and professional service.
