Gregg was most helpful in assisting me with my van purchase, showing me numerous vans and even ordering the model I was after from another site. Would definitely use them again

Rav @ Leicester has been excellent. We have brought 4 Flatbeds and 4 4x4's in the last month. He has sourced them, had them prepared, and his communication has been excellent.

I visited Van Monster Coventry and Van Monster Leicester to see their range of Mercedes Vito vans. The service was excellent. Cyril in Coventry and Rav in Leicester were both helpful. Both locations had a great selection, and although I could have chosen a van from the website, I picked one from the Leicester branch. Van Monster is the used sales arm of Northgate Vehicle Hire, so they offer top vehicles from long-term leases. This gives you the confidence of buying from a main dealer at a lower price. What's not to like?

Brilliant service from Gregg Royston at the leicester branch, went in to have a look at potentially buying a bigger van and Gregg since the first meeting has been brilliant!
He was very knowledgeable about the different vans they had in stock. From that first meeting he was fantastic to deal with and made the purchase of the van easy. Explained everything clearer and no fuss or pressure Sales tactics.
Van monster moved a vehicle down from a diggerent branch and it arrived the next day, within a week id seen the van I liked and drove away with the keys.
Couldn't recommend the service provided by Gregg and van monster any higher.

Fast and efficient, Transfered the vehicle from Wakefield to Leicester so I could test drive the Vehicle, I had given the wrong address so when it came to the day of purchase they actually delivered the van to the wrong address and was happy to deliver it to me at the correct address without any hassle at all. Very happy thank you both Wakefield and Leicester branches.

Excellent service

Rav was polite, welcoming and smart in appearance. This was an immediate excellent impression. We came to look at one van and ended up buying a slightly more expensive alternative van. Rav's knowledge on both vans was 100% and he also made the paperwork simple and easy to understand. A very good buying experience and we will be back for future commercial vehicles as we have need.

15/08/25 Update. Van required expensive repairs after 5months and was outside of warranty. Never will purchase from Van Monster again.
