Brilliant customer service from Jack at Coventry
Brilliant customer service from Jack at the Coventry site. Plan was to part-ex our current van, but had problems getting it through the MOT which delayed our purchase. They were very understanding and helpful, and after 3 weeks we decided to remove the part-ex which was all sorted seamlessly by Jack. They even gave me a lift from the train station. Great van, great service, thoroughly recommend this company.

Recently purchased a van from van monster Coventry. After an oversight from my behalf the salesman, Jack Hunting, not only found me a van within my price range but also sorted out all of the faff associated with part exchanging my old vehicle.
On collection Jack talked through all of the relevant insurance, gap insurance, maintenance history etc etc. Comprehensive and knowledgeable.
I’ve only had the new van a afternoon, so will most likely update again in 30 days. So far pretty chuffed.

110% customer service
Fantastic company who pull out all the stops to make sure the customer is happy. Can not recommend them enough. Their customer service office team along with the sales team are 100% focused on customer satisfaction. Their only goal is to make sure the customer is happy. Van monster made my buying experience stress free and also that my business was important to them. Big thanks to Karl in sales and the girls in customer service.
