The one star is still a good review for them this is my second van from them and let’s start
1. Few days after I bought this ford transit custom both cv joints was gone for a long time and for my surprise when I change on passenger side I saw the brake pads it was metal to metal just they swap the sensor on the other brake pads
2. Few weeks after I repaired everything above ad blue start all the problems as well warranty as well didn’t take any actions
3. About a month ago the thermostat it was gone and water pump as well and the van it was overheating all the time and for my surprise it was head gasket as well because in rugby area non of the garages want to deal with warranty company’s I need to do it myself when I take out the head it was water in the 2 middle pistons and a lot of rust on the pistons and valves I asked a specialist he told me that gasket it was gone at least minimum 3 years ago and I I bought the van last December
4. At last I was told from van monsters like my van is with chain and not a belt and of course it was a belt ready to go and if that was gone even more problems almost I forgot the mileages it was dropped on my van I bought it in clock with 88k and the original mileages was over 180k after investigation
PLEASE MAKE SURE EVERYONE WHO GOT SIMILAR PROBLEMS REPORTED AND GIVE THEM THE BEST REVIEW AND DONT EVER BAY ANY VEHICLES FROM THEM

Your vehicle was supplied with a comprehensive warranty for a period of 6 months or 10,000 miles which expired in June 2023. During the warranty period, no claims or issues were reported and as you are now outside of the VM warranty you are being supported by your extended warranty provider. We can confirm that the mileage of your vehicle is correct and this is verifiable on MOT service at Gov.uk and workshop jobcards as we have owned and maintained this vehicle since its manufacture. If you're looking to buy a van then look no further then Van monster. Visited Van monster at Cannock and was seen to by Nathan. I asked what was the chance of taking a van away the same day to stop me losing days off work. Nathan went above and beyond my expectations and delivered the same day as requested. He certainly knows his trade well and is a real credit to your company. Thank you for making the experience a good one.

My experience at van monster was brilliant, daniel was superb and helped me regarding a transit custom. From start to finish daniel was very patient with me regarding my situation selling my vehicle and gathering my deposit for the new van. Overall fantastic company and i would highly recommend any of my friends and family to purchase a van from van monster. Thankyou again

Great experience from start to finish. Website was clear and had everything we needed to know to narrow down our search. Tom at the Cannock branch was great. He was very informative and was very honest with his information. He made sure we were completely happy with everything before we committed and before we paid. Really fantastic customer service.

Quality sales rep
Although i sorted finance through another company the sales rep Tom was there from start to finish to guide me through the whole process, as this is my first experience buying from a dealership. Im glad he was there to make it an enjoyable and easy experience for me and don't forget a memorable. He even offered me a beverage while i waited.I couldn't of asked for a more straight up guy. Sold me a van 3 weeks ago , on purchase no coolant, wipers poor van was limited to 70 which no one had informed me about , valet poor and to top it off the van is now being recovered with it breaking down ,

The van is now being repaired to deal with the issues highlighted and we will remove the limiter also if it hasn't been done already. We tried to keep you mobile by offering you with a courtesy vehicle so as not to inconvenience you further but unfortunately your license isn't upto date which is required for insurance purposes .
