Absolutely shocking customer service
Absolutely shocking customer service. Had the the van end of October with a 6 month warrenty (also bought an extended 12 month warranty on top) was on the rd for 5 weeks then had several problems with it. It was then off the road for 3 months whilst the van was moved from garage to garage trying to get repairs. Also got damaged whilst at a garage so new bumper was needed. So another 3 weeks off the road. So 6 months later the vehicle is still having problems electrically. They booked me into there approved garage that has no auto electrician hope to get it sorted ‘on the cheap’. Still not sorted and now to go to a main dealer. I have lost so much working time by coming and going to various garages it’s unbelievable. Some customers will be happy with there purchase, but me for one is certainly not. Not even going to extend my warranty so I have a vehicle that has been on the rd for 6 months. Could except maybe a week or so off the road but 3 months of a 6 month warranty. Absolute diabolical company. Once they have had your money they don’t give a monkeys. Please be warned!!!!!!! Also been told today that not allowed to raise anymore issues even though I have an 18month warrenty.
UPDATE
Van was booked in again on Wednesday 22/5/2024 at the main dealer GREAT!!! it’s finally going to be sorted once and for all. Guess what !!!!!! They have replaced the key fob battery but Vanmonster did not tell them that this had already been done and wasn’t the issue!!! BACK TO SQUARE ONE!!!! Vanmonster are absolutely useless. Get ready for the next episode.

As you are aware, we are continuing to honour our obligations under the terms of the warranty supplied and rectifying the issues reported in the warranty period including but not limited to arranging a repair appointment with a main dealer workshop. Unfortunately any new issues that have developed out of our warranty period need to be referred to your 3rd party warranty provider.

A really positive experience…
I had a really positive experience recently purchasing a van from Simon Lewis at Van Monster Bristol. The vehicle was competitively priced and everything was well explained at every point and the whole process was handled in an efficient and timely manner. This led to a pleasantly stress-free experience. I’ll definitely be looking there again when it comes time to upgrade to my next vehicle.
