What an ace company. Very professional and answered every question I had. It was so easy from start to finish and one of the cheapest companies to insure my pickup. Top marks and I will definitely recommend to all that need insurance.

Absolutely awful company
Absolutely awful company. Purchased a policy online, paid deposit and was immediately called by them to 'validate' the policy. (after being forced to download an app to manage it). Then told it was wrong, they could get it cheaper by adding my wife - which doubled the cost. Call agent was rude, arrogant, and repeatedly called me 'mate' in a sarcastic manner saying 'hes been doing this for years'. Told them to get lost. I doubt I'll see the deposit back as told. If youre in the trades woth a van to insure you should avoid this company like the plague - wholey unprofessional. Shocking.

Although there was a considerable difference in online quote and my end quote, it was down it was my mistake
“or my daughters I should say” the very helpful guy on the line Kieran pointed out the problem and sorted it. Still more than the original quote but no more than last year’s. So when all’s well and done a good experience.
