£300 online quote, the reality quote then changed to over £700 when they call you?

I do want to clarify that the price did not increase simply because you called us. The price displayed online was based on the information entered at the time, which unfortunately did not include an undisclosed claim. Our validation process is designed to ensure that your insurance policy accurately reflects the correct information, protecting you from potential issues further down the line such as claim rejections, additional premiums, and policy cancellations or voidances.

In your case, we provided a revised quotation based on the correct information, accounting for your claims history. As claims are a significant rating factor for insurers, I completely understand your frustration with the difference in price, and I am truly sorry that it came as such a surprise.

We did attempt to call you following your review on 21st September but were unfortunately unable to get through, and left you an answer machine message. We would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly and make amends, as your experience is incredibly important to us. Please do return our call at your earliest convenience, and we look forward to hearing from you.

Very dissapointed with this company.

Very dissapointed with this company.
Activated my 14 day cancellation, reinsured through a high steet broker, saved many hundred pounds.
Would never recommend this broker, glad to be away from them, considering compaining to the ombudsmen, that bad.
