I was impressed that Craig was happy for me to visit to view the Renault Trafic I was interested in buying, on a Saturday. It was in very clean condition and low mileage, so I agreed to buy. I returned a few days later and was collected from the nearby railway station. At that point it was discovered that there was only one key, but Craig agreed to cover the cost of me obtaining one locally to home. Overall a satisfying and positive experience.

Saw the van online, made an appointment for a viewing and was able to go and take it for a test drive. Decided to buy the van and I am very happy with my purchase. Craig was very helpful and left us to look around the van at our leisure, not pushing for a sale but there to answer any questions I had. Would highly recommend Craig and his team and would definitely do business with them again.

I wish dealing with every dealer was the way it was buying this pickup from Vanhouse. Good communication and a well presented vehicle.

Look very closely At the vehicle. we bought a very nice car from van house quite pleased with the car but when I got home and really looked closely at it I noticed a small chip in the windscreen and a broken rear mudflap, that they would of seen when cleaning the car. . After reading the very basic warrantee I decided it was not worth getting in contact with them as the warranty only says it will cover engine and gearbox my fault for not checking properly a bit disappointing.
Still love the car just need to fix a few things.

We were very happy with the excellent service. Nothing was to much trouble.
Everything was explained in detail. Even ordered a new handbook and delivered it to our home. I don't think it gets much better than that.
So I would give them at least 5 Stars
