On entering the premises, i was greeted with a warm professional welcome.The vehicle was it front view ready for my inspection which was clean and very tidy.

A really smooth buying experience from Vanhouse. Craig was brilliant, there was no pressure and he let us look at the car at our own pace and take for a test drive. He was thorough going through all the paperwork and kept us updated with when the vehicle was ready to collect. After having my 15 year old van go bang on me and needing one for work on the hurry up I got recommended vanhouse from a friend. I turned up un announced and Craig was very accommodating showing me around a few models as i had an idea of what I was after. There was absolutely no sales pressure which I liked. Craig got me in a model I liked and out for a test drive. When I got back he was happy to chat about other models as a lwb was a bit to long for me, again there was no pressure to buy.

I got back to Craig the next morning and explained that I wanted to do the hand over as quick as possible as I needed it work, He got it straight in for a fresh mot and prepped the van for me as quick as he could it was a faster turn around than I was expecting.

Well happy with the whole experience and my new purchase, wouldnt hesitate to recommend or use again.
