Initial communications with Chris upon enquiring were good.
We travelled up from the Isle of Wight to look at 2 vans.
Chris let us look over them at our own pace, we didn't feel pressured or rushed at all.
Both vans we viewed were very clean and as described and the whole establishment was professional and relaxed.
Came away with my new works van.
100% would use them again.

My first experience of distance buying a vehicle...quite scary, but the guys at Vanhouse were outstanding at helping me cope with the worry of such a thing. I knew the vehicle type, so I knew it would 'fit' me as far as the drive position/use etc, so it was just a matter of them telling about the vehicle, and being honest about any issues I may feel I would have with it...ie..dings/dents/faults I may encounter on a test drive etc. They were super helpful (Craig the company director in particular) The car was beautifully presented, and delivered to my door within a couple of days. They told me about a couple of issues, which was very honest & kind, and not only that, but they sent some spare parts to me a few days later, that I could fit easily myself which rectified the faults anyway, so no problem at all (it was too far for me to take back for them to fix otherwise I'm sure they would have done it for me.) Such a pleasure to deal with them and they made distance buying a car such a joyful and easy experience. I cannot praise them highly enough. Fantastic.

I was looking to upgrade my vans, Craig and the team had exactly what I was after. I went for two, had them a few months, and both drive better than my car. I’m looking to get a third and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I can’t rate VanHouse Ltd highly enough.

From the moment I walked in to the showroom I was made to feel very at ease , no pressure put on me whats so ever . And every question answered with honesty.
The Van I bought was made ready and they dealt with every small detail and valeted van be pick up .

Great friendly service

Absolute pleasure to deal with Craig and Adam. From answering my first phonecall enquiry to finally visiting Vanhouse and purchasing a Citroen Relay van they were both polite, easy to deal with and no pressure sales. The vehicle on arrival was ready in their premises, spotless inside and out, serviced, ready to test drive, and once the paperwork was complete a 120 mile return journey home was well worthwhile. Highly recommended.

I first enquired about a van whilst at work overseas. Craig gave good representative description with the Van exceeding my expectations on pick up day. Reserving was simple, as was paying balance, no drama. Leading up to pick up date I had a last minute change of plan which Craig accommodated without fuss. Overall very happy with my experience with Vanhouse and the excellent trustpilot reviews that swayed me to buy a vehicle unsighted are very well deserved. Thanks again Craig.

Van in great condition was better than the photos showed.
No pressure sales sorted out the purchase of my van in double quick time after I’d been let down by another dealer.
Would highly recommend and will be back to purchase more vans from Vanhouse.

Advertisement was good , phoned through to arrange a test which went well . Happy with the part ex of my van .Then purchased without a problem . Recommended.
