Excellent prices and service.
We are in the UK we've booked three Regent / Seabourn cruises with VTG and the service has been excellent, far better than our UK agent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, not just for the prices but the service as well. They seem to have very good relations with the cruise companies, and issues are solved quickly.
Best cruise agent
It's my first choice when thinking about a cruise I Google every site but I finish to conclude with vacation to go. They have the best prices for any destination. I booked already twice already and looking forward to go for another one. Thanks vacation to go and I share my experience with everyone I know I highly recommend them.
Vacations to go was fantastic
Vacations to go was fantastic. Our personal advisor Harley Howard was exemplary. Although the headline price and the offer price may be a little ambiguous I still saved over $3000 on buying a cruise through Vacations to go as opposed to booking direct through the cruise line. There were some payment issues along the way which were my fault but with a calm head and ice in the stomach the booking was managed by Harley. The personal service and attention to detail in the booking means that I would definitely consider booking again and I'll be checking upcoming cruises.
Good service …
Used VTG over a few year's now always had good service with no issues. Got some good offers on.
DO NOT BOOK WITH VACATIONS TO GO!
Received a $100 refund after having no shower, phone, clothes hangers, empty "all inclusive" frig, for 2 days at Hotel RIU GUANACASTE, COSTA RICA, and found a filthy and poorly maintained giant pool sysem, water down alcohol, and pathetic wait lines to enter buffet style on premises restaurants without providing cooling for guests in line!
The Desaster of Silver Spirit South Afrika
The Trip description from Silver Spirit (south Afrika) Travel doesn‘t reflect the
actuel experience. Bad destinations aren‘t

The service immediately after booking leaves a lot to be desired. The company
dissappears when it comes to complaints.
It wasn‘t a good experience.

I book a cruise with Ralph Gilbert with…
I booked a cruise with Ralph Gilbert at Vacation To Go. We departed at 4 PM on March 10th and returned at 6 AM on March 14th, which totaled 3 days and 14 hours. The cost was $3,728.00 for four occupants. When making the reservation, I specifically requested two connecting rooms so that we could be next door to our adult-sized teenage children. Ralph initially informed me that there were no rooms available to meet our request, but he could place us on the same floor or one floor apart, which we accepted. Later, he contacted me to say he had rooms with adjoining balconies, which I thought was a great solution. However, when we arrived on the ship, we found out that we were all crammed into one small cabin. While it did have adjoining balconies, the other balcony belonged to another guest. I attempted to speak with Ralph about this issue, but a colleague of his intervened. According to his colleague, Ralph was in the same room and refused to speak with me about the situation. After multiple attempts to reach Ralph without success, his colleague defended him, stating that Ralph is a 10-year veteran with the company and it was hard to believe he made such a mistake. Essentially, they placed the blame on me and refused to communicate further. Consequently, the cruise turned out to be the most miserable experience ever. This was our first time on Royal Caribbean, and it was the first cruise for our children. Regardless of the circumstances, I was Ralph's customer, and he chose not to engage with me. I have decided never to use or recommend Vacation To Go to any of my friends, and I plan to book directly with the cruise line in the future.

Never a Problem!
I have been using this company for many years mostly with cruise bookings.
I have never had an issue with them and their helpful consultants especially the last one Clark Kent who was extremely courteous and professional.
it is always my go to website for any cruise travel.
Not bargain here
Like any consolidator, they get you in and then forget you. After booking a cruise I had a question about the some of the details. I was told to contact the company. Later I found that I could get a better price directly from the Cruise operator. Customer service knows how to be polite without helping you. You are not getting a bargain.
False Advertising: Prices posted are frequently not available.
VTG posts prices that one cannot book. I emailed the CEO when they would not book me into a posted price and he basically admitted as such and said everything is subject to confirmation by the cruise company.
In plain english, its called "false advertising".

Booked over 3O Cruises with them with NO issues
I've been using Vacations To Go for 15 years and I've had nothing but good to say about them. I often have different travel agents as if it's a really good deal advertised I don't want to wait and miss the deal. If you look at the listing it says the taxes are extra... that's why you need to call for a quote. It varies. The Panama Canal taxes can actually be more than the cruise itself sometimes.
Reading over these reviews I'm shocked that people are blaming an agent for things that they should be seeing as well. If you look at their site it is very clear that it's American dollars and you can change the currency to see what the price would roughly be in your currency but they always tell you it will be processed in American dollars and it says that right on their site. I'm Canadian so I always look for currency when on line as even a Canadian airline sometimes lists the prices in USA DOLLARS IF THEY ARE IN THE USA. They send you a quote before anything is processed that you have to read over and accept it states right on there the final prices (in American so blame your bank for the currency exchange if you think it was high) and The category you have booked. Theirs is the best website for looking things up and I always go to their site to look up the rooms because their ships and deck plans are far clearer than even the cruise ship website themselves. When you look at your room number it shows you exactly what category it is. If you book a guarantee which is always cheaper you have to understand you're not going to have control over where you are on the boat or what do you have so you shouldn't book that unless that's OK with you. People be accountable for yourselves ...a person can't answer questions you haven't asked.
My experience with Vacations To Go has…
My experience with Vacations To Go has been absolutely appalling. During my initial call to enquire about a cruise, I spoke with a man named Asher, who was shockingly rude and dismissive. To make matters worse, I later discovered I had incurred undisclosed charges simply for making this call—charges that were never disclosed to me beforehand, which is both deceptive and a clear violation of consumer rights.
When I emailed the company to address these charges, my complaint was completely ignored, further proving their lack of accountability and disregard for their customers. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!
Misleading Pricing and Poor Accessibility for Services
I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Vacations to Go. Despite their claims of providing the "best deals," I found their advertising to be misleading and deceptive. While booking, their portal showed only a single number without specifying if it was in USD or AUD. As an Australian, I naturally assumed AUD, only to find later that I was charged in USD—effectively three times the actual cost I expected.
When I reached out to address the issue, I was told they are a US agency and process payments only in USD. This crucial detail was never made clear during booking. The customer service repeatedly deflected responsibility, leaving me to deal with the cruise line, which could not resolve the issue as the booking was through Vacations to Go. Adding insult to injury, I was unable to access services I paid for during the first three days onboard, which ruined the start of my vacation.
Their offered compensation? A measly 5% credit for a future booking—a token gesture that does nothing to address the financial loss or frustration I endured. This agency's practices feel like false advertising and border on exploitation of international travelers.
If you're looking for transparency, fairness, and true value for money, look elsewhere. Vacations to Go has lost my trust completely.
Excellent VacationsToGo…
We live in the UK and use VacationsToGo when booking Cruises. I received a full refund when a Cruise was cancelled due to Covid and UK was in lockdown. I was surprised how the process of refund was straight-forward when other travel companies created barriers and delays. Recently, My mobile was stolen, including all cruise Ship professional digital photos, after leaving cruise Ship enroute to Home. Unfortunately, there was no backup and initially, the Cruise company was not helpful in sending the photos and did not have the technology to enable this. The Executive Chairman of VacationsToGo took ownership of the problem and one of his experienced members of the team were able to escalate problem and we now have the photos. VacationsToGo have supported us throughout our cruising and I would like to commend Cynthia and Alan and pass on our thanks for a job well done.
I don’t understand all these negative…
I don’t understand all these negative reviews about Vacations to Go, I have always had excellent service first from Miguel Conner and now Evan Rosen, they couldn’t be more helpful!
A complete scammer
I booked a cruise through them on Feb 1st for a departure on Dec 15, with the undeserving that I’m getting an Ocean view room. Not until last night I noticed that I’ve been booked into a fully obstructed view room. The language on the confirmation that mentions “obstructed view” is on a completely separate line than the room description and it’s listed in brackets. The confirmation includes a full page of a lot of information. Now with about 35 days to departure they refuse to do anything unless I pay for an upgrade even to a partially obstructed view room. This company is a complete scam. They advertise substantially lower prices on their website but in reality it’s more expensive than booking direct. The cruise line won’t do anything other than saying “Call your agent”. Vacationstogo has ruined my trip before it even started.
Tarifa para residentes
Ahora inventaron LA TARIFA PARA RESIDENTES, otra buena idea para cuando consultas por el precio de un crucero te suben la tarifa para los que no cumplen con el requisito
