BE WARNED STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY Terrible. The person told me I couldn't include packages at the price
I found out the following day this was a lie. The cause liner Norwegian includes the packages at the same price paid without them

I’ve been dealing with VTG for 25 years and always was served professionally and courteously. Everything that was promised was received including cruise, cabins,transports and amenities. I highly recommend them to everybody.

Five credit cards hacked at the same time as a group of friends reserved a cruise through Vacations to Go. Coincidence? I think not. The company denies responsibility and blames the cruise line.

Wow I sure wish I had checked test pilot before my booking. So many bad reviews. Big mistake not doing a bit more research on Vacations to go. Still hoping they will come through for me but past reviews are NOT reassuring 😡

Everything was okay until I started checking out the cost of their insurance. They used a company called Generali Global Assistance. To cover just the cost of the cruise($8000.00) the premium was $1308.00. This was through the travel agent Vacations To Go. BIG MISTAKE! I went through the Generali website and by applying directly the cost was $462.00 for a standard plan. Do not buy the insurance through VTG. Trying to get a refund but I'm not hopeful. Feel genuinely ripped off.

I contacted the company to book my first ever cruise, and they should have known better than to book the Seabourn Sojourne for me as a first timer. I was on 10 days of a 6 month around the world cruise that started at the first of the year. As a result, the passengers were all grouped up, and the staff assumed that I knew everything, when I knew nothing. My neediness was treated with impatience by Management staff, and when I provided the feedback that their ship was not very accommodating for a first time passenger their egos were offended, and they spoke to me in a very mean and unprofessional manner. I contacted Vacations to go for assistance, and they were of no help.
I know from a long career as a Resort Hotel Manager, including General Manager at 2 hotels in Hawaii, and 1 in San Diego that if an important booking agent is calling my office to advise that one of their customers is having a problem, I took it seriously and resolved the problem.
So unfortunately, Vacations To Go did not advise me well, and they had no ability to help me when I needed it, so I recommend buying from whichever broker the line recommends, since they are more likely to have a relationship where they can be an ally if needed.

I booked a resort package and paid for flight only with plans to pay for resort later. The flight with Alaska airlines changed their schedule a few months before flight. As per Dept of transportation I am entitled to a full refund. Vacations to go is refusing to refund my flight. They are giving me a lot of pushback and arguments. THEY ARE BREAKING THE LAW. I will never book with them again. Fraud. Inow will contest this via my credit card. Travellers beware !

Terrible website....makes no sense. Choose 6 things to narrow it down and they give you 100 trips but with no information other than temperatures and how to get to the port. Maybe its a "show up and see where you go" type of trip?? Lol. Will look elsewhere

Vacationstogo 𠆤 company is simply a scammer and rogue organization company. I booked a trip to the Mediterranean on April 16, and the company charged me more than 400 dollars for marriage. Then I complained to them. From employees to managers, they all excused and cheated. I had to formally write to BBB to complain about them. It's very despicable and shameless!

Vacations To Go entered incorrect passenger information to push my booking through, took my payment, and a week later I was told the cruise line was cancelling a room due to a policy that should have been addressed upfront.
The cruise line took responsibility for 50% of the error and VTG refused to take the other 50%. Not a trust worthy company, they do not do business in good faith. VTG being a 3rd party booking for cruises is not worth it, in the event of a concern you always have to have your vacations to go agent on the phone when talking to the cruise ship and then they over talk you and try to explain the cruise ship that they did this and that they’re in the right. Don’t be dumb like me and book with vacations to go. Book directly with the cruise line.
After only reaching out to company president Mr Fox Did VTG finally do the right thing. Things were resolved.

My wife and I have used Vacations to go for the last decade. Never had a problem getting the cruise or tour we wanted. The cost they quoted was competitive. Sometimes we use their airline booking to get to the cruise departure point but I always check myself on Google flights to compare prices. About half the time, I can get a better price directly with the airline. VTG does have pick up and drop off at the airports from the cruise departure port. Sometimes we find it is better to arrange our own transportation. If we are arriving a day or two early, we try to book a hotel directly at or near teh rendezvous point for the cruise or the tour.

Para navidades queríamos hacer una reserva de un crucero y encontramos una oferta y para nuestra sorpresa ya no nos contesto nuestro agente Alberto con el que estábamos muy satisfechos estos años, sino una chica llamada Karina informándonos que a partir de ahora será nuestra agente ya que Alberto lamentablemente ya no trabajaba para VTG, hasta ahi, bueno pues de acuerdo que le vamos a hacer...
La sorpresa viene cuando le pedimos que nos reserve una oferta que sabíamos que volaria y NO nos contesto el correo al solicitar la reserva, al cabo de unos 3 días nos comenta que tenia dias libres y por eso no contestaba pero evidentemente la oferta ya se había perdido..Y nos hemos visto obligados a cambiar planes de navidad por falta de comunicación con la agente.
Para buscarnos la vida nos fuimos a la web oficial de MSC y contratamos el servicio allá, mucho mas caro pero nos fuimos de vacaciones de navidad por nuestra cuenta.
Lo mejor es que una semana mas tarde le escribimos para preguntar por una oferta de enero y nos salta automáticamente un mensaje que Karina esta de vacaciones hasta la facha "x"..Llamamos a at. al cliente para cambiar de agente ya que la nuestra asignada nunca esta disponible para nosotros cosa a la que estábamos acostumbrados con Alberto nuestro antiguo agente y la solución que nos ofrecen es que sienten mucho lo sucedido pero no pueden hacer nada y una vez que se asigna un agente es el que te toca y no se puede cambiar. Pues nos veremos obligados a dejar de ser clientes VTG por no estar mas satisfechos con el servicio.

Be very careful of booking with vacationstogo, I did try their vacationstogo booking process by dialing the 1-800-338-4962, I gave the agent the fast deal #, the agent responded that it is no longer available, my next option is to book directy at the cruiseline website and it was seamless and quick and lots of available spots for the stateroom that I wanted. I will rate vacationstogo a negative zero.

​For nearly 20 years, my family and I have been loyal customers of Vacations To Go. We had numerous successful bookings and valued our relationship with them—until our most recent trip to Australia and New Zealand with Carnival.
​The Issues:
​Failed Intermediary Role: During the booking process and upon boarding, the information relayed by our agent was inaccurate. As the intermediary, we rely on them for factual details, and their failure to provide correct information caused significant issues during our vacation.
​Lack of Accountability: When we returned and attempted to disclose these problems, we weren't met with a resolution. Instead, we were ignored. It took over a week of reaching out before we received a return call.
​The "Blacklist": We finally spoke with a corporate representative named Megan, who informed us that the company had "corporately decided" to no longer allow us to book with them. The reasoning provided was a dismissive script: they claimed they might not be the "best service provider" for us.
​Conclusion:
After two decades of a gainful financial relationship, to be effectively blacklisted and dismissed without a real explanation is incredibly hurtful. It is clear that Vacations To Go values ease of transaction over long-term customer loyalty. If you encounter a problem with your trip, do not expect this company to be loyal to you—expect them to show you the door.

Good (and not deceptive) prices (not like eg cruise.com). Nice and efficient phone relationship.

Booked several cruises with VTG and just returned from an MSC fortnight.

Service from VTG is always good and responsive.

Never had a problem yet and prices are great!

I had a great experience with Jafeth Ramirez Erazo at VacationsToGo. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very quick to respond. I found a cruise I wanted, and he immediately helped with the booking while clearly explaining everything I needed to know.

The booking could not be completed because my European credit card was automatically declined – in Europe, stricter security rules require payment through a secure link. This issue was entirely unrelated to VacationsToGo.

Even though the payment didn’t go through, Jafeth’s service was outstanding, and I would highly recommend him and VacationsToGo.

If there was a zero rating I would give it. Quoted a price told them they were 3k to high the cruise line was 3k cheaper 24 hrs later they matched price they will try to rob you beaware a real scum company they are lk car dealers always looking to screw customer

I'm so glad I found this site over 10 years ago... Every time I book a cruise, I book with them. A cruise? No, the best cruise possible, with the best options at the fairest prices.
