I had ordered shirts for may 18 month old granddaughter who unfortunately had an accident and received 2nd degree burns on her chest. I emailed UV Skinz and their customer service (Erica) responded immediately. They expedited the order for us. The order was received in just a few days.
This company was #1. I am highly satisfied and tell my friends and anyone else who will listen how receptive the company and staff is. I will be forevere grateful and a new cutomer. Thank you, thank you!!

It started with shipping. I ordered on 7/1 and got a shipping notice with tracking number the same day. I had did upgraded shipping and thought it would get to me by when I needed it. But USPS did not actually get the package until 7/7. Not sure how they can say something is on the way with tracking but not get it to USPS till 5 days later.
Then the fit: The Women's Active Swim Jammerz has a waist that did not match the legs. I could not pull them past my thighs, but when I just pulled them up on one leg they were more than big enough for me if the waist was not so small.
The Woman's Active Swim Bra appeared to be made for a child size torso. I could get it on no problem but it landed at the top of my breasts not under them.
Finally the Women's Aloha Long Sleeve Sun & Swim Shirt felt good and fit well except for the neck that felt like a choke collar.
Then they charge you for return shipping with no option to pay the shipping yourself for a full refund.
Will never buy from that site again.

I had some difficulty with the post office delivering my package, but the customer service from UV Skinz was truly top-tier. They were incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process.

Unfortunately, I was leaving for vacation and was worried I wouldn’t receive my order in time, but they went above and beyond by offering to send a replacement package with two-day shipping. I really appreciate how much they cared and how quickly they worked to help resolve the issue.

I can’t wait to come home from vacation and reorder from UV Skinz. Thank you for the amazing customer service!

I have a history of melanoma, and I find it easier to wear protective clothing than sunblock. UV Skinz fits the bill with style.
I got a coupon in the mail two weeks ago, which reminded me that I wanted to refresh my white long-sleeved T before my vacation. I ordered the tee, but forgot the coupon (did I mention I am a senior?). I emailed customer service, and they applied the coupon retroactively. Who does things like that anymore?!? I appreciated the thoughtfulness. Thanks UV Skinz!

I’ve ordered several items and am very happy with the products. I particularly like the swim shorts. What I love about them is that if something doesn’t work instead of just returning the item and creating a new order, I can make exchanges. I recently ordered a skort and it was too big. I was able to exchange it for a smaller size. Hassle free! Plus when I’ve had questions, the customer service response was immediate. Excellent service and product!

Love all the items I’ve purchased! I’ve got a small wardrobe and a couple hats. It’s changed how I recreate and live in the sun in only positive ways.

I recently had purchased beach capris. I had a pair of these from last year and they are still work well to keep me covered while walking in the Florida sun. The pair I recently purchased were final sale and were not returnable, however the snap fell off after just one wear. I contacted UZ Skinz to let them know of this issue. I was immediately contacted by the sales staff and then contacted by another division that stated they would send out another pair and provided a pre-paid postage tag to send the defective pair back. What wonderful integrity and honesty in making sure their products are worth it. I have always really liked their products, and I will continue to be a very loyal UZ Skinz customer.

The customer service followup is second to none! Really top notch! We have a well made, stylish jacket and couldn't be happier. They were so kind and patient with me, a non-tech grandma! Much appreciated! You can tell they have personal ownership in their company!

The product I ordered is made of a very high quality material. I have purchased a number of rash guard sunscreen products and the quality of this far exceeds other products. I initially thought the shorts I received were reversible because the inner material is so beautiful. Love them and will definitely be ordering from UV Skinz again.

Love love love UV Skinz clothing for my baby! Such cute patterns and outfits (particularly the hooded sunzies!) Grateful to have quality clothing along with sun protection since he’s still under 6 months and can’t use sunscreen yet. They were also incredibly fast at responding when I had questions about a return and exchange.

My son has albinism so it’s especially important he has full UVB protection whenever possible. I was excited to find pants for him as it had been challenging to hunt down in the past . Once I ordered, there was a small issue with the delivery address - UV Skinz was there to edit it almost immediately and I was very grateful for their support

I made an error on two consecutive orders in the same evening. First the chat bot advised me of what could be done after hours and how to proceed. Then I received an email offering to correct the errors. They responded 3 times over the evening (Friday, after hours). I already know the products are great as I have been a customer for 5 years. The kids enjoy the UPF swimwear styles and get 2 years wear with sharing.

II do not order swimsuits at any other place except UV Skinz and have been for many years . They are an amazing company and their products do protect you from the sun. I had questions on a few item I needed to exchange and one was a final sale. I emailed the company and got a quick response that they would let me exchange even the final sale item. I do not know any other company that would do that. I recommend them to all of my friends. Their customer service is so amazing!
