Recently used UtiLoft for a loft conversion, I am more than happy with the work done, the men who did the job were polite, very helpful and professional, the work done was enlarged the hatch so they could fit my own ladder that I had purchased ages ago, I also got them to floor my loft as well, any mess was cleaned up, you wouldn’t have know they were here and it only took them a day and the job was finished. I also add that Margaret and Chris were so helpful as were the team who did the job, the price was reasonable for what they did. I Definitely Recommend UtiLoft to everyone, great job done, Thank you all

Fantastic experience from initial to last contact. Very organised and accommodating and the installation team was friendly, professional and very efficient. They cleaned everything up after them and I appreciated the time taken to make sure I knew how to use the loft hatch and ladder. It’s a top job too, would have no hesitation in recommending Utiloft.

Loft flooring and hatch done and I am very happy with the results! All very friendly fitters who went about their business efficiently!

I have to give this a 5 for going above and beyond what was asked, delivered. New insulation and flooring needed with a safer access point to the loft for my dad. Looks amazing, new hatch, ladder has been moved to face in the opposite direction to allow safer and easier access. The team even removed an old tank and a couple of items we couldnt move due to way the hatch had been relocated. The electric light switch has been moved to the opposite side for ease, none of which was quoted or charged for. Thats an amazing level of service for me and something you dont get often. All done in one day too. A local company to me in Aberdeen and would absolutely not have any concerns recommending. Thank you

Loft flooring and shelving finished to high standard.
Workmen put dust mats down on stairs before commencing and even hoovered after completing the work.

Very good service. Were flexible with installation times and finished on time in less than a day. Loft boarding to high standard. Happy with it all. 4 segment wooden ladder is we supported by spring hatch. A little stiff to open but feels secure and better than loose joints. Thank you

Highly recommend this company. Especially when I found them on social media not, word of mouth. Hard to know from social media whether companies genuine or not. This one is! A quote was easily done and work carried out in a professional way. The person I dealt with throughout was lovely too which makes all the difference. No mess left either. Thank you so much.

A very helpful and informative team from my first email to completion of works. They even came a second time to ensure they would have no last minute obstacles, they recommended moving the light forward in my hall, which they did with no extra charge.
I have already recommended them to my brother who will be in touch soon, he was impressed with the ramsay ladder they installed.
I will be getting back in contact with them shortly as I now want my loft floored.

We got a new hatch, ladder and flooring installed.
Getting the original quote was really quick and easy. The guys were all so professional. Needed an electronic to put in a light and move some bits for the hatch. They got that all arranged. The guys doing the loft were so lovely and professional. Had the job done in 2 days. Had a worry there would be clean up to do, but everything was spotless each day when they were done. And the loft looks great and feels so safe and secure.
Recommend them whole heartedly!
