Customer service was first class. Staff were all polite. Enlarged my loft hatch, floored the loft and fitted a ladder. Also took away an old disused water tank. Left the house very tidy and took away all the rubbish. Highly recommend.

Utiloft recently completed work to our house and garage loft. Two ladders, extra flooring and shelving all done to a high standard and very tidy. I'd certainly use again and recommend to others.

Utiloft took did a great job fitting a deck for storage in my loft. Highly recommend using them.

The work was done at a time to suit us and to a very high standard. The fitters were very polite and helpful and we appreciated their taking away the rubbish in the loft left by the previous owner. We are looking forward to using the new space.

Reached out to Utiloft after seeing their services advertised on Facebook and was really impressed with their service. Took a little bit of time to get the initial survey scheduled, but following the initial survey (max 30min) it was a speedy process to getting the loft boarded and a new ladder/hatch fitted. The guys did a really great job and left the house clean & today when they were finished. Would highly recommend!

Arrived at my home as per agreed time, loft ladder fitted within 2.5 hours, no mess as all areas had been covered then hoovered, quality of work very good, neat and tidy.

Surveyor well versed on their products and services and guided me through Cost and work timings.
Agreed date confirmed.
Workmen appeared on time as agreed.
Very tidy work carried throughout the removal of plasterboard and installation of new ladder.
No detail too small and gave advise without pressure for potential other work-scope

They came round to fit a loft ladder for us. Very professional, installation, wouldn't know they had been. Seeing the workmanship I called back to arrange to get the loft floored. Was done over 2 days, due to an electrical problem. They went above and beyond helping to get the problem sorted. I tell everyone who sees it This is THE company to use for loft conversions. Professional service, arrived ahead of arranged time and politely waited outside, quality of work is excellent we’re really pleased, respectful for boots on carpet by laying down protective material and the work was efficiently carried out.

Great service from start to finish. Very professional and swiftly done. We have double insulated loft but this was not a problem. Very happy with the workmanship and the result. Would use again, no hesitation.

Brilliant service. Quote, all communication, delivery and completion of works were all seamless. The job wasn't straightforward but the guys just dealt with it and the end result was perfect.

Recently moved house and as I was downsizing space was at a premium. Utiloft responded quickly to my enquiry. The surveyor was professional and very creative in terms of what could be done. We settled for a combination of flooring and shelving. The quote was not the cheapest but they were able to carry out the installation within a week which was important to me. The work was completed the day before we moved in. Having the loft space was a game changer in terms of making the move a lot easier than it might otherwise have been. The guys did a fantastic job and I couldn't be happier. I'd definitely recommend
