I recently had 10sqm of my loft floored & new hatch made with a fixed ramsey ladder. Very pleased with the team from the first consultation through to completion,
the team of workmen did a fantastic job and tidied up before they left. I would highly recommend Utiloft.

Outstanding job from start to finish. The survey was quick and easy and the quote arrived a couple of days later. On the day of installation the team turned up on time, were very pleasant to deal with and even put plastic sheeting down on the landing and down the stairs to the door to protect the carpet. They also wore covers on their boots. The installation was completed the same day and on time. The team didn’t leave until I’d been shown how everything worked and they took time to clean up after themselves too. We’ve been left with a really good useable space, an easy ladder system on an insulated hatch, and when closed up it’s very neat and tidy. Special mention to Margaret in the office who looked after me so well with my multitude of questions. I 100% recommend the services of UtiLoft and am delighted I used them for my loft insulation and flooring. 5* service throughout.

Excellent service from start to finish. The initial enquiry was answered promptly and followed up with survey. The surveyor was knowledgeable and able to give sound advice and advise that he could quote for extras and allow client to select.
The actual work was executed by a team of workers who were experienced and took the time to prepare and protect property from work debris.
Excellent quality of work, the team worked hard and were finished same day.

They turned up when they said they would, carried out work in an excellent manner without any hassle to me, extremely tidy ( singing was bad 🤣) and overall excellent quality and I’m very pleased. Would highly recommend.

The experience from start to finish was excellent. It was very easy to get someone to come and look at our loft and give us a quote, which was very competitive with the others we tried, and the work that was carried out was done professionally and was of excellent quality. The staff who did the work were lovely and again very professional and carried out the work problem but did not rush the job.

We did run into a small issue after the work was done, but they sent someone out the very next day to look at the problem, and they found what it was and rectified it. I cant recommend them enough I don't normally write reviews, but in this case, it was such a good experience I felt I needed to. A+++

We have used utiloft twice now, the first occasion was to install a new loft hatch/ladder and have a section of our loft space floored. Then back again recently to extend our loft flooring to increase our storage space. On both occasions their fitters have been very professional and on time, with no hassle - they even fixed my bathroom extractor ducting whilst they were up there.

I have recommended them countless times to several family/friends who have used them, all with positive results and feedback.

Excellent company to work with, from start to finish. We had a tricky new loft access which the company worked closely with us to find the best solution. Once we’d agreed, they gave us our preferred date and a large team arrived to undertake what was a big job. They weren’t quite able to finish in the one day they hoped, but came back a couple of days later (on a Saturday) to complete the work ahead of our deadline. The work was carried out professionally, efficiently and with great care taken including protecting access to our property, carpets etc. we’re delighted with the result and can highly recommend!

Excellent service and workmanship throughout. LoftZone extension matched perfectly to our existing installation and everything was left clean and tidy. Very happy with the finished result and would definitely recommend.

Would highly recommend - they had done some work on my parents’ loft some years back so I can say they are consistently reliable & do high quality work.

The guys arrived right on time and cracked on with the job immediately. They respected my property and put shoe covers on without being asked then covered all my carpet in protection. They were careful with walls and tidied up after themselves including hoovering all over the affected areas. The actual job of extending the size of the hatch, flooring, lights etc is done to an excellent standard. Can't recommend this company enough.

We've just had our loft hatch installed, and everybody who has been involved has been incredibly professional. Chris, came by to quote and gave us options to allow for our new water tank to be installed. Then our installer, whose name I've sadly forgotten, was excellent. Very high quality finish that we're thrilled with! We've now put in a request to quote for more loft work. Thank you!
