Margaret was our first point of contact and from the start to the finished product, we couldn't fault any of the guys that worked on our loft flooring and ladder installation. The whole team are very professional. They start off by putting plastic floor covers over the carpet and wear plastic shoe coverings to protect the areas where they were walking. They done a fantastic job and even hoovered the driveway once they had completed.

The service I received from UniLoft was nothing short of fantastic! I was lucky enough to get access to a cancellation the day after I accepted their quote so the work was completed within two days of my initial contact with the company. The guys who came round to my house did a brilliant job and I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a loft to be floored.

Got my loft space done a week ago and it’s fantastic, the workmanship and professionalism of the team was first class, you’d never have known they’d been there, tidied up before they left.
They arrived when they said they would and as I got a cancellation install the electrician arrived next morning at the time given

Apologies for the late review but I can confirm that I am very happy with the boarding installation on my loft. Despite the very warm day the work was completed on time and to a high standard. I particularly like the small step created just by the ladder - this makes storing a lot easier.

Despite having to come up to the Black Isle from Stonehaven, the guys did our loft, shelving, extended hatch and ladder within half a day - so efficient, superior finish and everything left very tidy. We could not recommend them enough!!

We had our loft floored and a hatch/ladder fitted by Utiloft and the service was brilliant. Prior to installation they inspected our loft and spoke to me about different options and associated quotes for our requirement. On the day of installation Geddis was incredibly hardworking when getting the job done, and cleared up all mess too. I would recommend Utiloft to anyone looking for loft solutions and services.

We recently had our loft boarded by Utiloft and we were super impressed by the service provided. After struggling to find a local company/joiner who would take on the work, we found Utioft through an ad and they got back to us rapidly and were highly professional throughout the whole process. The workmen who came to inspect and then fit the loft were lovely and did an excellent job. We also had a new loft hatch and ladder installed and everything was completed to a high standard. I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of getting work done, and we'll definitely use them again in the future.

Contacted the company on a recommendation from a friend and we have to say that we haven’t been disappointed.

This has been a really smooth process from start to finish. Chris was quick to arrange the installiation date once we had all of the measurements for the loft space. The team arrived as promised and worked away to ensure the new loft hatch and ladder plus the work on the loft floor was done to a high standard, which it was. The team also hoovered everything up afterwards! We are delighted with the results and it finally means our Christmas tree has a permanent home for 11 months of the year. Would recommend, a great and smooth experience all round.
