Loft boarding
Utiloft boarded our loft, on a 4 year old house. Also fitted an extension ladder and light. The tradesmen were punctual and polite and did a good job. Shame that we had to wait a while before the work could be carried out. But that's what happens when you ask for quality work, to be done by quality tradesmen. Many thanks. Do recommend.

High standard work
Responsive to my enquiry and accommodating date provided for an estimate as I had just bought the house but not moved in yet. Quotes given for various options, and no pressure to take any. Date agreed and work conducted on a new hatch and flooring to a very high standard, clean, and timely using good quality products.

From the first contact by phone and the meeting with Chris, until completion of the work everything run smoothly. We required a new hatch and loft ladder to be installed and are delighted with the finished product. We also found the price quoted to be very competitive. Would highly recommend

New loft hatch and ladder
I needed a larger loft hatch creating along with a ladder. Chris came to visit and a quote followed promptly which was reasonable. I instructed the firm to proceed and they did advise me that they were really busy until February. I was extremely pleased when I got an email to say they could fit me in earlier. The job was done perfectly, and all mess was cleared away after. I’m really pleased with the whole process and no hesitation in recommending.

Great service from survey to installation. Very tidy. Expected to have to redecorate hall ceiling but didn’t. Good product also at very reasonable price. Thoroughly recommend Utiloft.

Loft flooring installation…
Had my loft flooring installation completed recently, I am very happy with the workmanship of the installation, very neat and tidy . Came out better than I expected!
Also the guys were very professional and took care when working inside.
