This is the easiest 5 star review. From start to finish had excellent service. The job was costed and completed within 3 weeks.

The quality of workmanship is second to none and the workmen were exceptionally tidy.

I would thoroughly recommend Uniloft.

Excellent service . Quick response to request for a quote. Workmen arrived on time & explained all options for limited floor space below loft hatch . Quote was less than I anticipated . Kept informed about when work would be carried out . New wider loft hatch & telescopic ladder fitted within 2 hours of arrival . Carpet protector laid & Geddes hoovered before he left . Very tidy workmanship . Would highly recommend this company .

I came across Utiloft on social media and was a little sceptical at first, not knowing the company. However, their Trustpilot reviews, standard flooring package price and before and after pictures sold it to me.

I requested a quote via their website, and someone came out fairly quickly to do a loft survey. My quote was more than double the price of the package they promote online. However, I went ahead with it anyway, again sold by the some of the before and after pictures I had seen. I also didn’t know of any other loft conversion companies in my local area.

I had my loft done yesterday and although the guys were all very professional and cleaned up after themselves, the job felt a bit rushed and doesn’t look as tidy as you see on some of their online promotional material. They also didn’t fit a light, telling me I hadn’t been quoted for it, despite me speaking to the guy who did the survey about it and it being included as standard in their online packages. Again, I paid more than double the price of the standard package, so this has left a sour taste in my mouth. I contacted them about this and they are unwilling to do anything, without me paying an excessive price for their third-party contractor to come and fit a light separately. I can buy a light online for about a tenth of the price I’m being quoted!

Although they provide an itemised quote, the labour costs are hidden in amongst the cost of the material, which feels disingenuous and we’ve been left feeling as though we didn’t get value for our money. I therefore wouldn’t recommend Utiloft.

We had utiloft in last week Chris,Joe, Harry was very professional covered all areas floored our loft for extra storage from start to finish everything went smoothly and we are very pleased with outcome highly recommend utiloft.

We had Utiloft update our loft and install flooring and shelving to create more storage space. All work done in a professional manner and done efficiently. The work was done to a high standard and the workers were very pleasant. All work done with great respect to the interior of our house. We would have no problem recommending this company.

On the 14th of March, I had Utiloft complete my loft hatch modification with drop down ladder, from start to finish, it was 100%, The gentleman was very welcoming with a smile and good manners, I was pleasantly pleased to see so much care into cleanliness in my home, applying flooring covering from back door through to loft entrance where he was carrying out the work. I offered tea and coffee to the man, and he gladly excepted a coffee, and nice little chat about how busy he has been lately with doing these loft hatch conversions. Upon completion, he removed the floor coverings and hoovered up, I really didn't expect that. I cannot recommend this company highly enough and have since mentioned this service to other friends and family in the area.

We had Utiloft install a loft ladder, reinsulate & floor our loft in our old house & were delighted with the workmanship & work ethics of the lads, fast forward 4 years we have moved house & had the Utiloft guys back to install loft ladders in our house & Garage & part floor the loft, again we were delighted with the advice from the initial survey to the completed work, we would highly recommend them to anyone considering having the work done 🤩

Utilofts' Geddes and colleague were both efficient and courteous. They also maintained a high level of cleanliness, making sure not to create any mess or cause any damage to my property while installing my new loft door, ladder, and flooring. Overall, a very positive experience.

Loft enhancement. Following the company's evaluation of our loft we gladly followed their ideas and now have a loft storage area with new lighting and access via a fold away ladder which as we live in a one bedroom house provided benefit throughout the home. The work was carried out very efficiently with no mess even down to vacuuming behind them and included removing an old water tank.truly marvellous and we happily recommend them. J and M Allan

I was with happy with the work carried out by the tradesman in my loft, there was no mess what so ever. There was sheeting put down to protect my carpets.

I was show how the ladders work and was asked to go up and down the ladders to make sure I had no problems and felt save using them.

I had Utiloft update my loft insulation and install flooring in order to use it for storage.Everything went as advertised.The fitters came on time, all work was carried out with great respect for my house interior and the lads were polite. They did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. I have no problem in recommending this company, the whole exprience was stressless.

Great communication, arrived on time every time and did a super job of our new hatch and loft ladder installation. Cleaned up afterwards so you’d have never known they had been in! Would definitely recommend.

Had my loft floored and a new ladder/hatch fitted today. Had no issues and the staff cleaned up after they were finished. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this firm.

After seeing a couple of Utiloft logo vans in our area I contacted Utiloft to enquire whether they fitted replacement loft hatches with ladders attached. They do and Chris came round to quote for the job very quickly after my initial query. The written quote was emailed promptly and the replacement loft hatch and surround fitted on the appointment day. The workmen arrived first thing in the morning and were clean tidy workers. We are delighted with the finished result and the quality of the workmanship. In fact I have recommended Utiloft to friends who have recently moved house! Job well done thanks.

My first contact with Utiloft regarding loft flooring to job completion was a first class job everything was done as stated on job quote. Workers were professional clean and tidy and left no mess .

What a great service. We had raised boarding put above our insulation; along with an LED light fitting. Chris and his team did an amazing job and we couldn't be happier. Everything was done in the day and they left with the whole place looking spotless. They even added a step up to the raised flooring..

From start to finish the service was excellent discussing materials to be used and end of work certification. We had large area covered but despite this there was no mess as the staff team were very efficient and respectful. I highly recommend Utiloft as a loft boarding installation company.
