I placed a first time order on January 18th, as of today January 25th I have not received any information about my order, however a payment has been deducted from my account. It has been IMPOSSIBLE to speak with anyone. No tracking, no information, no customer service (online chat is horrific). I have requested that this pending order is cancelled immediately!!!

I would give less than half a star… I received The leggings and they came out So horrific they did not match the advertisement and trying to return them is the most horrible part. They told me they will talk to the warehouse but but on the refund policies when I asked them to return, they said…. Sorry for the inconvenience.
In this case, you need to pay the shipping fee and tax (If include) when sending back. It may take a long time to finish. Shipping won't be refunded. If the import tax is charged, customer is responsible for it. Once we make sure it's in good condition and can be sold again, we will refund you.
How about we issue a 20% discount for your next order and you keep the item?
