BEWARE - no returns
Read the return policy carefully! If you don't like the color, size, shape or, in my case, don't have the dexterity to close seven hooks in the back, Shapshe will not let you return because it's too expensive. Rep says it is "my fault" that I need to return, claims I will have to pay taxes and duties to ship back to China. Meanwhile, they sell through Amazon so you know they have operations here. The are offering me a discount to buy more as a concession. Crazy. This is a scam.

Shapeshe does NOT do returns!
I only received my bras on Tuesday. It's Friday. I contacted them on Wednesday to say they didn't fit and that I needed to return them and they told me I couldn't do that but that they would give me a 20% discount on my next purchase. I told him that's crazy. Why would I spend any more money when I'm not satisfied with the first two bras

I really wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered them. Poor business you should be ashame. If I could give them a 0 I would do not order from them.

I tried to buy three of your bras. I used one credit card twice. It said it had a problem with my card is fine Two different cards and it said it had a problem. So now I’m gonna cancel these cards and if I find anything that even remotely looks like it’s coming from you, let’s just say my husband’s sister works for the FBI. The bras fit terribly. Did not match the size that I ordered and uncomfortable. My boobs were falling out of the bottom of the bra. Don’t waste your money. I wouldn’t buy anything from this company anymore.
