Don't buy from this company
I ordered a bra for a formal even based off of the sizing chart provided on the website. My measurements indicated I was a L for bras on the site and I ordered 3 different styles for different occasions. Two bras fit well, their quality was not as good as I expected for thr price and the 3rd was not my size at all...the bra had a tag inside that indicated it was a 38C and I normally wear a 38B. I contacted customer service asking to exchange for a 38B since I saw this type was sized, despite the website selection of S, M, L etc. They responded and said that the return would take too long because the warehouse was in China, and the exchange might not fit and they wanted me to give the bra to a friend and then make another purchase at a discount. I again asked them to simply do an exchange, that I didn't want to spend more money for their misrepresenting products on their site, they responded again that it would take too long and I would incur all these fees and they offered a slightly deeper discount on a future purchase. I have no desire to waste more money on a poor quality product for the high price that may or may not fit since clearly their size guide is inaccurate or just for show. I hope no one else buys their sham goods.

Bras that cover back fat
I’ve been trying to look for bras that cover back fat & not in a sport bra way & the 2 that I bought look very promising & I like the style of the bras & that still give you that push up look so I can’t wait for them to arrive

This is a scam
I placed an order in early September and have yet to receive it. Delivery was supposedly attempted but they stated that there was no answer on the phone. This was not possible as I had no calls or missed calls that day. Now it is impossible to contact them and Shapeshe just keeps telling me that they have contacted them and will let me know when they have a tracking number and to be patient. It appears that they are in the scam together. Do NOT order from this company.

Great bra for comfort and fit
I was looking for a bra that would provide support, but was wireless and had no closures in the back (or front). I’ve purchased from your shop before, and was not disappointed with the fit or comfort. The only thing I would like to see is more colors/patterns offered.

The size chart was very easy to use
The size chart was very easy to use, and I loved all the discount options. There were tons of options to pick from, but the pictures really helped also. The only thing is I wasn't sure approximately how long the items would take to ship.

Made an order that was unsatisfactory…
Made an order that was unsatisfactory due to fitting. When I enquired to get instructions on sending the bras back, I was informed it would cost me more than I spent on the bras to return them. To help in my dissatisfaction I was given a 20% discount on my new order to purchase the bras I preferred. Reordered and anxious to receive the bras I preferred.
