Never received fabric swatches despite being advised that more would be sent

Swatches arrived quickly and the bed was delivered a week after we ordered it. The delivery was fantastic and was taken upstairs into the room we wanted. The bed looks amazing and finishes the room perfectly!

Ordered a headboard which was damaged in transit. Replacement sent very quickly. Really good quality-much better than ones we had seen in stores and we paid a fraction of the price. 5* . Very pleased.

Did not receive the bed what a waste of my time and money
Until the company got in contact around 2 months later apologise to me for what had happened due to bad staff and sent me a bed for free!! The bed is great quality and I’m very grateful for what they did for me thanks!!

I bought 2 double beds, 1 superking headboard and 2 blanket boxes from this shop, it all looks good online. Both beds had issues where they couldn't be properly put together, there were staples sticking out of 1 of the divan beds and the feet couldn't be installed as the places for them were placed at an angle breaking the wood. Both blanket boxes were damaged, 1 beyond repair and the headboard is still to arrive. I rung repeatedly and sent emails. I never got a reply and no one answers the phone. Its a terrible company. Stay away!

The most reasonable priced headboard I had found. Good quality and choice of styles/ colours etc. Fast delivery. Would recommend & use again.

Bed arrived with badly covered drawers. I emailed and eventually got a response apologising and saying they would send replacements within a week. A month later they still hadn’t arrived so I emailed and called and can’t get a response. I wouldn’t use this company again!

First of all, I would like to say my bed is fabulous, built nice and sturdy, high quality. had I few issues getting in contact with the company, customer service was poor, Then I got call, and everything was resolved, would just like to Thanks

Good price for a nice sturdy bed. Fast and efficient delivery. Would not hesitate to use again.

If there was a no star awful company I was sent bed with the wooden base took two weeks to correct. Ask for a refund and request a return via Klarna it’s has been 1 month I have been ignored. Stay far from this company. I have ask Klarna to assist me .

The measurements of the bed is all wrong. The width was 20cm shorter!! Are you kidding me!!?? And the return it you have to pay over a 100£ and I only got a 40£ reimbursement for this error. And to date, the sizing has yet to be corrected on the website.

Avoid!!! This is a scam. Paid and never received. Even the delivery company doesn't exist. Currently under investigation by my bank

I ordered a headboard and come broken the delivery driver took it back and never got a new one bad firm
