Zero customer service!

That don’t even deserve 1 star , company a complete joke #scam.

The delivery date when ordering is just a lie so you complete on the sale.

The website says all bed delivered within 2weeks, I’m 3 weeks in and still no update or delivery date.

Try ring the number on the website, it goes to answer phone and you won’t get a reply.

I’ve left 4 calls now,

So customer service is dreadful.

I’ve emailed non stop , asking to cancel the order due to delays, and emails are ignored with them only answering sections of the email.

All they need to say is the bed will be delivered on this date and reason for it dragging on.

If you’re honest with a customer , and keep them updated. 9/10 you won’t get any push back as everyone in the loop.

This is the worst company I’ve dealt with and not even received the bed yet, I hope there no issues there as the quality of service will take forever to fix .

Took my money about 6 weeks ago, still no goods. No reply to emails and just noticed the site is unavailable now... just about to phone my bank. I'm disgusted! in the current financial climate, noone is in a position to just throw their money away like this :(

Order was placed and payment made. We were advised that the item would be delivered within 3- 10 days. We did not hear anything from them at all but waited until the 11th working day before chasing. Multiple e-mails have now been sent with no response. Calls ring out and are then cut off. The company had very positive reviews until recently but they are clearly now experiencing issues. Really wish we had read the recent reviews before placing the order.

Bed not delivered within time frame indicated. Tried to contact company via online form, email and phone several times. NO response whatsoever. They don't answer the phone, don't reply to emails and goodness knows what they do with their online form. Now trying to obtain refund, but not holding out much hope, so will have to get Credit Card company involved.

If I could give a minus I sure would have. I ordered and paid a headboard on the 15th July 2023 and I have not received it. I've sent umpteen emails got no reply I've also phoned and guess what yes it just rings out. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from said company who are really just yet another scammer. You are nothing but thieving lowlife things

absolutely shocking - ordered a headboard 3 weeks ago which stated it would be delivered within 3 - 10 working days have emailed them 3 times with no response and still no headboard but money has been took!!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID. They take your order and then nothing, they don’t send your item and don’t reply to emails. Judging by other reviews this is how they work. The positive reviews must be fake, I would strongly advise anyone to avoid.

I’ve been trying to contact them using the phone and email addresses getting no response and no bed has been delivered despite the tracker stating it was. Think somethings gone wrong with this company as great reviews up until beginning of July 2023

If I could give less stars I would, quick enough to take my money yet a month later still no headboard received. Wish I would of read the reviews & now having to fight with my credit card company for a charge back!

We were sent our bed with the main part missing the mattress is on the floor in the middle of the frame took 4 weeks to get the new part to be delivered and it was the wrong size for our bed we’ve been calling 4 times everyday and no answer from anyone now stuck with a ottoman frame that doesn’t fit our bed and still sleeping on the floor !!

They do not answer the phone or emails. I have no idea if I am getting my bed or not. Wish I had read the reviews first

Beware do not purchase. Pay for headboard but nothing received

Will be getting a refund through bank not these scammers
Stay away spend your money elsewhere
