This has to be the worst company in the world . I purchased lights .. one arrived too late and I have sent many emails to them and they are simply not interested .DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

This is not a UK company. They shop from China and thr quality is very bad and takes forever to ship. Customer service not available either. I ordered mine a month ago and still have not received

Absolute crap.
The dresser my wife bought is the flimsiest piece of furniture I have ever seen in my life.
If you sneeze, it might break.

Do not order!!

Ordered a light end of November. Still not arrived mid-Jan. No refund & keep getting tracking info that makes no sense. Says item coming from China despite making out its a UK based company.

I finally received my light which came from China. It cost £159.99. I didn't realise it was coming from China.

This item was not the expected colour I was looking for. I emailed to say that I would like to return the item.

I was first offered a 30% refund. I said no I wanted a full refund and sent the refund policy saying there is no mention of this in their returns policy.

They came back saying due to the pandemic and the hassle of returning items and the cost for me to return this they would offer 50% refund.

I have emailed back saying again I want a full refund and it is no hassle for me to return and I accept the charge for returning the item. I said if I do get a full refund that I will be taking the matter further.

Awaiting reply!

**AVOID this company** they have taken my money and it's been weeks and I am still to receive my goods. They will then ignore any emails you send them.

I’ve had a a good experience with these guys! I emailed them as it had been a week since my order and they sent me a tracking link and have messaged me to make sure my parcel had arrived. My parcel is exactly what I ordered

I am so pleased that I did receive my goods after a few weeks of waiting, after reading the reviews I was a bit sceptical. My lights for my window are fantastic for Christmas.

I purchased a light that still hasn't been received more then a month on. inbox is full and the online chat doesn't appear to be active. subsequently i have read the reviews which appears that they are pretty poor quality. if they ever do turn up i hope the quality is better then there customer service and not the scam the reviews seem to suggest (only reviewed after having not received my goods)

Extremely unhappy about service and communication of this company. We purchased a “simulation artificial moss costing £24.65 . It is now 10 days, telephone calls go either to a voice message or box is full!!!! I am furious that there are so many people writing reviews that have also not received their products or refunds and there is nothing done!!!!! Is there anyone that knows who we can address our complaints in the UK as this so called company cannot be making money irresponsibly!!!

I ordered a floor lamp mid October and have not received it yet. I have tried to email several times the most recent one was returned to my inbox. I had been patient knowing there are delays with deliveries etc but today decided I would request a refund as there is a button for this on the order page. Weirdly and quite alarmingly the title in the subject box was ‘refund child order’ ???!!!!! I don’t know what my money has helped fund but it doesn’t seem like I will be getting my lamp anytime soon. I have sent all the information to watchdog and will do the same with trading standards.

This is another online only company which isn’t reliable. The quality of the products are really poor and takes a long time to be delivered because it was shipped from China directly. Could be one of those doggy Chinese companies set up with an UK address and trying to sell cheap with below quality products to the UK market online consumers. You can’t really trace the item using their tracking number at all. I would advise cautious if you are thinking of buying from this company. All look good online but it’s difficult to get your money back.

Wish l could give 0 stars. Scam company in opinion.. they have my money and l have NOTHING. AVOID!!!

Ordered a lamp off of the website for around £150 - it has arrived after waiting for 2 months and it is the worst thing I have ever seen. The lamp is being held together by string!!!!! I could have made this lamp myself for £1!!!!!
I have contacted them requested return and refund - who knows if they will get back to me.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE NOT UK BASED (CHINA) AND ARE A SCAM!!

Ordered and products not delivered. Emailed and no answer. Mobile tel on website not accepting calls. Tweeted and no response. Others seem to have same story. FrissonHome or FrissonLife or FrissonScam?

Misleading company, impossible to contact. The two lamps ive purchased for £180 are straight from China, no delivery note in English I cannot now return. They are a con, their website implies you are dealing with a company with a London base

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
We ordered a lamp from Frisson for almost £130. It finally arrived after almost 4 weeks, is VERY poor quality and doesn't actually work at all. My husband is good with electrics and we have tried everything but it's a cheap flimsy design that will not work and is going to the tip. Complete waste of a considerable sum of money.
Please beware that most or all of the "positive" reviews here seem fake. In addition, the company claims to be London-based but is clearly operating directly from a factory in China. As other genuine reviewers have said emails bounce back -no one is going to refund you your money, ever.
As for the "we are a group of millennials helping third world countries..." narrative presented on their website, that is clearly fake!!
AVOID!!!!!!!!

No communication

I purchased a computer desk for my home office last week. I did get a bit worried reading the 1star reviews on here and it did concern me especially as I read these reviews as an afterthought. However the desk arrived 3 days after the order date by Yodel. It’s a great desk and I got a big discount too. Very happy with my purchase.
