Awful customer service after sent wrong order. Have used for years but not anymore.

Customer service is shocking in fact non existent! Quality of painting canvas is really bad, the picture to relate to for colour references is the size of a postage stamp useless. I have tried contacting them to return for refund and they have completely ignored me. I’ve written four emails nothing back. This is an awful company.

Second time buying from this company and I love the personalised paint by numbers! It took a while to arrive and does take a long time to do but the 24 colours means it’s detailed and accurate

Having ordered a paint by numbers kit of this Company, I received a notification that it was dispatched and on the way to me. Two weeks later, nothing has arrived. The courier (Yodel) initially stated that they has my parcel but later claimed that it was only the digital data that they held. I have e mailed Artnumbers twice but have not even had an acknowledgement that they have received my communication.
Very poor customer service.

I ordered a DIY art frame. I didn’t receive any instructions of how to use the frame. Also, the wooden frame was broken from one side. I emailed twice and sent a query from the website. It has been more than ten days and I haven’t received a call back or a revert to my mail. There is no phone number provided. Is there no one in the customer care department?? Pathetic customer care services

Fraud company, they take your money and do not confirm your order, several emails to them and they ignore, i will now contact my bank to report a fraudulent transaction

Ordered a personalised canvas, uploaded a horizontal photo. When I received the canvas the photo had been squished into a vertical canvas and the picture therefore distorted. I reached out about this and got an extremely unhelpful response. Since then I have sent 3 emails trying to get this resolved (a replacement or refund) and my emails have been completely ignored. Don’t order from them

This company is China based! I ordered 40cm x40cm personalised image canvasses. They sent 50cm x 40cm, which has caused the image to be elongated. I paid nearly £60 for 4 canvasses. Customer services offering various lesser refunds when the canvas is not what I ordered. Disgraceful, they take your money, send the wrong thing then offer a quarter of the price refund! Order at your own risk!

I placed my order on 4th March, it didn't arrive until 20th March. When I opened the parcel, I realised there was an issue with my order. I ordered a 50cm x 65cm canvas, which I actually PAID MORE to buy the bigger sized canvas, but what I received was a 40cm x 50cm, smaller size than what I bought. I was really disappointed after paying more money originally for a bigger canvas, but what I got was a smaller canvas.

Update 22/03: After reaching out to the seller, I got my money back for the difference in size. They were very quick to respond and helpful, which is comforting. Their customer service is not too bad, which I will probably buy from them again in the future.

I ordered some gifts for my young nieces from here. They sets were perfect and my nieces loved them. They arrived on time (given they were last minute Xmas gifts I was expecting a delay). The service was great. Happy shoppers all around

Don’t order from this company. Especially the customised prints. Other companies give a choice of how many colours. Artnumbers only gave us 12 colors which meant the overall picture looked awful and lacked a lot of detail. They gave a 10% refund but it was a waste of time.

I have done pictures from another provider but Artnumbers were must cheaper and just as good in quality and choices

These are SO addictive and have turned out much better than I expected. My first painting was of a lady sat looking out of a window. (I'd definitely recommend looking this one up.)
My only problem is that I'm rapidly running out of places to put them!
Great value and a wide selection to choose from.

Excellent exercise to keep brain active. Good quality pictures to paint, superb results. Only criticism is that paints from different 'kits' do not have same numbers/colours. There is always more paint than required which means that canvasses without paint can be attempted and ones own colour scheme completed !

Ordered 18th Feb expecting it to be here within two weeks, now the 7th March and the tracking number they sent me says it hasn’t even been handed to Yodel yet. In the meantime I ordered one from Rarton on Etsy (on the 28th Feb) which has arrived today…

UPDATE- Got a response from them not long after emailing, product then on Yodel and arrived today (8th). It is folded so a big cross through the image and not super happy with some of the colours - there’s a large almost white circle shape in the middle of my forehead that isn’t there in the image submitted which is a shame. Goes right from a colour 3 to a 22 so will be quite a stark difference in skin colour on my face.

Delivery time is stated as 7-14 days on the website. I ordered 2 weeks ago and still nothing so I contacted the company directly who told me to wait and it’s on the plane and will be another week until it arrives. I was under the impression it was coming from the UK considering the website is a UK website. Still no option to track it as it’s not in the UK yet. This was a gift which won’t be here in time. Should be clear that it isn’t coming from the UK and accurate postage times.

I really can’t stop painting! These are easy to put frame and canvas together, decent quality paints and a good selection of pictures.

This is my first ever painting by numbers and I loved doing it! I would definitely recommend this to a friend .

They are fabulous and very addictive. Be warned. I have bought them for family and friends.
