Sizes delivered did not correspond to the measurements in the size tables on their website.
Changed my rating from red to amber because some previous orders were handled with satisfaction. It is not the first time though that a return happened because of measurement issues.

The shipment is stated as free of shipping costs and at the end of the order it still says that you have to pay the shipping costs. In addition, they do not reply either in the chat or by e-mail.

Abysmal customer support and no refund after returning items
I have returned a pair of jeans several weeks ago but have still not received a refund. I’ve also tried contacting them several times through their contact form but have gotten no response at all.
Edit after reply:
It most definitely took more than 14 days. I've sent proof of this to Trustpilot. As if my experience wasn't bad enough without them now lying about it and trying to discredit me.
After this experience, I've actually ordered from them again (don't ask me why) and this time I didn't receive one of the ordered items. I again tried to contact them and received no response. Only after reporting this to PayPal did they contact me.

Sizing info could be better
Shipping was quite slow, the sizeguide could use a bit more in depth research or further elaboration. Otherwise the products seemed to be nice quality. Too bad nothing fit.
