Rücksendung Versandkosten versteckt
Habe zwei Hosen bestellt wovon ich eine wieder zurück geschickt habe. Da sie wohl im Sale war musste ich die Versandkosten für die Rücksendung selbst übernehmen obwohl der Versand zu mir kostenlos war. Es stand auch als ich die Rücksendung eingeleitet habe nirgendwo das man den Versand selbst zahlen muss. Auch nicht wie viel die Rücksendung kostet.
Bei der Rückzahlung wurde dann einfach der Versand abgezogen was aber auch nirgendwo stand man hat nur einen geringeren Betrag zurück erhalten.
Ich musste dann feststellen das der Versand für eine Hose in einer Tüte 8€ bei DPD gekostet hat. Meiner Meinung nach wird das schön versteckt bis man vor vollendeten Tatsachen steht und einfach viel zu teuer.
Noch dazu musste ich im Vergleich zu anderen Webseiten sehr lange auf mein Geld warten.
Und Qualität ist jetzt auch nicht der Hit.

Cheap and smelling
Ich hatte mich tatsächlich auf die Kleidung gefreut, aber bereits beim Öffnen kam mir der billige Fabrik-Chemie-Geruch entgegen. Nach dem ersten Waschen haben Hose und T-Shirt komplett die Form verloren. Sehr enttäuschend.
