I have twice booked with Tilos travel and had bad experiences both times. The first time I bought tickets online for the ferry from Kuşadası to Pythagoria, Samos. When I arrived in Phythagoria for the return trip I was told there was no ferry. I would need to take a taxi to the other side of the island and hope to be on time for the ferry or buy tickets with another company. Tilos travel never contacted me with this information despite having my telephone number and email address

The second time I booked with Tilos was for the ferry from Fethiye to Rhodes. Because we were travelling in the off season someone from our group called and asked about the ferry schedule two days before departure . We booked the tickets and packed our bags. The following day (the day before departure) someone did call me to say that our return ferry had been cancelled. She didn’t speak any English. So it’s a good thing that my Turkish was sufficient to understand. But she called at 17:45 and told me that my friends and I had until 18:00 to decide what we were going to do and get back to her

We decided to just go for the day. The washrooms on the Sea Star ferry were disgusting. There was no toilet paper, the paper towels were soaking wet, the floor was wet, the toilets would not flush so you can use your imagination. There was no one at the cafe the first two times we went. They had no credit card machine and no change for those paying cash 🤷‍♀️

The ferry was 40 minutes late with no explanation. The most expensive option available, yet it doesn’t even offer comfort. Absolutely not recommended.

Terrible experience. They cancelled the Bodrum-Kos trip and made us wait 1 hour and 30 minutes to transfer by bus to the other side of the port to depart with another company. Before arriving at the port, they took all passengers' passports to issue tickets. They issued tickets only for Turkish passengers, showing no respect for anyone else, and let them leave on the first available ferry, causing about thirty tourists, including us, to miss the trip. We had to retrieve our passports, which they were holding in a separate office, and book on our own. Shameful. Avoid traveling with them if you can.

We booked return ferries from Kusadasi to Samos in June 25. On the first leg they notified us during the night that departure had moved from 10.30am to 8.00 with tickets needing to be collected by 7am. Luckily we saw the e mail at 6am so could dash to collect it.
The return voyage however was a complete joke. The ferry was running then not, time and again. We arrived at the port only to find cancelled once again in the end we took another ferry company for the return. Avoid Tilos Travel and their ship Samos Star like the plague. They are as bad as its possible to be, communication is awful despite our e mails and calls and so is reliability.

Uzerine taxi parasi verip PYTHAGORION a gecmek zorunda kaldik. Tilos Travel firmasi telefonlarimiza cevap vermedi, mesajlarimiza donmedi. Ozur dilemediler, hic bir sekilde yardimci olmadilar
