Always good quality products. But I don’t understand why it takes 5-7 working days to dispatch goods. I’ve had to wait 10 days at times.

You kept your promise to replace my hat when it showed signs of wear, even though it was over 12years old.

Great service from tilly. I have had my hat around 22years and it finally gave up with wear. I then noticed it had a label saying guaranteed for life so contacted them. They asked for proof which I did and with a few emails with what they wanted it was all sorted out. Brand new hat of my choice just £20 for postage. Can't be more happier.

Website is easy to use and to order items. Postage takes slightly longer than average but this is clearly stated when ordering. I had to make a return of one item and this was a very simple procedure with good instructions. Replacement (bigger size) was sent out quickly.

With the help of an existing customer, followed by a visit to a stockist whilst on holiday, a decision was made and the hat purchased online from the Tilley website. All in all; a very good purchase even though the weather has changed and this summer has ended!
